Fantastic experience: This day, 13/07/2025 gc afternoon, I am seeing doctors at MED 7 CLINIC near to muraqabat police station, service was good and what I like a nurse who gave me injection was perfect. Would like tobsay Keep it up.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I had a very pleasant experience at Med7 clinic. The staff is courteous,well-trained and truly patient and focused. From the reception is very helpful and fast services especially to Mr.Navaneeth who help and assisting my insurance all the way through and to Ms.Maria thanks you also for the help. The clinic maintain hygiene standards and the facilities are clean and well organized. Doctor take time to explain everything clearly. Appoinment booking is smooth,waiting time is minimal and follow-ups are well managed. Med7 clinic truly lives up to its reputation for quality healthcare. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and caring medical services.

Negative experience: The staff is nice but i wasn’t happy with the gynaecologist. I asked her my doubts and about a condition and she asked me to google it. Prescribed regular medication and done, she did not examine me physically asking for pain points or anything. Because i was satisfied i went to another clinic and the doctor was a lot more interactive and examined me physically. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for a gynaecology visit at all.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time experience with Med 7 clinic and I highly recommend this clinic, My consultant was General Dentist Dr Arya Menon whose hands are magical and her knowledge and care about patient is out of this world.

Negative experience: Registration til doctors checkup is excellent and fast. Waiting for prescription is like waiting rain in the dessert. Patients needs to be inform why they wait that long..your waiting area is not big enough to accomodate all those patients waiting for their prescription. Some of us have other business to attend to and needs to be reminded how long are we going to wait. Dont let patients pile up in your waiting area. Some are realy sick and coughing, some are pregnant and some are elderly.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Arya Menon dental specialist from medze clinic was prompt in confirming appointments, follow up and the doctor's attention to detail in patient care during the dental cleaning and extraction process was very helpful. She was really polite, patient and humble during the treatment, I would suggest her for any dental issues

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Syed Qadir Shah to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable general physician. He is very professional, attentive, and truly listens to his patients. His diagnosis was accurate, and the medication he prescribed worked very well for me. I started feeling better within a short time. Positive experience: Visited few hours back and consulted Dr Nizam who was very friendly. The registration process was a bit slow due to some system glitch, however Mr Jazeel’s assistance from the reception helped in completing the process faster. Great service.

Negative experience: Don't try to visit this clinic if you don't want to feel anxious. The personnel lacks professionalism.I think they should attend training on the insurance claim process and general protocol. I wait for approval it's been 30 minutes so I call my insurance for a follow-up, but to find out they haven't submitted any requests. I questioned the receptionist why, as I've been waiting a long time, and he said that they have many patients, not just me.At least notify if they are unable to accommodate additional patients. I waited in vain for two hours. Perhaps if I don't follow up, I'll remain there longer. I voiced my displeasure and asked the reception to apologize.He told me why he will ask for apology.NEVER AGAIN TO THIS CLINIC‍↕️

Negative experience: Poor customer service. They don't have a proper process in acommodating a patient that caused us to stay in the clinic for 2 hours just for a consultation. Dishonest staff as they told us that the request was rejected but no request submitted to the insurance.

Today I visited MEDZE CLINIC near Salahdin metro station opposite Muraqabat police station I had dental pain issues and fortunately I met their Doctor Shijina.She is the nicest doctor because she explained to me everything nicely before the treatment and then she also guided me on the alternatives of how my tooth not to be removed but to be filled instead and am extremely happy that she treated it well without any pain am now home eating. I recommend everyone to visit MEDZE and have such good experience.
