Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic for dental. Dr. Mehwish Qayyum was excellent. The appointment was for my 7 yo son initially. However, I consulted her for my dental issue as well. Had my teeth cleaned and filled. 200% satisfied. Dr. Mehwish was very friendly and caring like we knew her for years. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. The staff in the reception as well as the nurses were very welcoming and approachable.

Negative experience: It's not about the doctor but the receptionist that i made sure i told him i want to pay for the uncovered blood tests, he mentioned that there are packages and supposedly he charged me; they didnt run the tests that i want and when i followed up with them, they mentioned they cost 1300 Aed then when is the package you were bragging about!!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing. First of all, whenever I try to reschedule an appointment, I’m forced to call a general number that handles all the clinics. There’s no way to directly contact the specific branch I’m visiting. They say they’ll leave a note and someone from the clinic will call me back — but no one ever does. I also had a consultation with a doctor who explained that I would be paying for two procedures. Later, I found out these two procedures are actually done in a single visit — not two separate sessions as the doctor had told me. So they charged me for two procedures during one visit, and for the second visit (which should have been included), they told me it would be an extra charge. That felt misleading and unfair. I even went to the clinic in person to reschedule because I couldn’t reach them by phone, and when I arrived, they told me I didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t accommodate me. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, the communication is terrible, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this clinic continues to disappoint. I’ve visited a few times simply because it’s the closest to my home, but the quality of care has consistently been poor. Most recently, I saw Dr. Hesham (Pediatrics) for my 3-year-old daughter, who had a runny nose and mild ear pain. Shockingly, he did not perform a proper examination—no chest check, no thorough assessment, just a quick look in her throat and ears. Despite that, he prescribed an antibiotic along with both Panadol and Brufen to be taken together, which is quite concerning for a toddler. This visit was yet another example of the ongoing lack of professionalism and thoroughness at this clinic. I strongly urge the management to review and improve the standard of care provided.

Negative experience: Very disappointment service with Aster now no proper treatment to patient no followup no body pickup call expanding branches witn service getting worse with everyday so many unprofessional staff and doctor who juat treat patient to let them leave quickly no proper procedure to follow

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Nidaa Khan, is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a gynecologist living in the uae. She follow up on you even after weeks and she requests every needed exam and test explains to her colleagues especially the Radiologist for example Dr Sonam Sanjay what she is looking for . I was so happy as well to hear from Dr Sanjay that she remembers spot an unusual growth in my endometrium and she asked me if I had it checked and I answered yes and that it was biopsied at another clinic. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting behavior from a clinic. We drove from Villa Nova to see a Dr and arrived at 19:40 My wife shivering and a fever, after checking in and doing the pre check the nurse informed us my wife has a fever. She’s currently breastfeeding as we have a 3 month old daughter. Having sat waiting for 45 min, only having to be told the Dr has left and no one is there to help us. Not a single qualified Dr in the whole clinic? Coming back to the Dr that just left - how is this even allowed when you have patients waiting to see you.

Positive experience: They had mentioned everything would be covered under the issuance, but after my consultation I was charged AED 10 for a registration fee — which hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. It’s not really about the amount, but more about how it was handled. Also, both the doctor and the receptionist told me the medications would be fully covered, but that wasn’t the case.

I visited the clinic with pain in my knees and consulted Dr. Vignesh Manoharan, who recommended that Iundergo physiotheraphy to reduce pain and restore movement. Met with physiotherapist, Bashma, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and provided physio therapy which ultrasound, electrical stimulation and infrared therapy on my legs, which made a noticeable difference in reducing pain and improving muscle recovery. I had been struggling with nerve pain for several months and had consulted multiple doctors who only prescribed medication. Fortunately, I eventually met Dr. Vignesh, who accurately diagnosed my condition and recommended the right course of action. It turned out I had vitamin and magnesium deficiencies, and with the right supplements and some physiotherapy sessions, I began to feel better.
