Negative experience: I am extremely upset with the changes in my appointment timings , Especially from the Philippino staff in the reception, she keep changing my appointment timing 4 times without calling me to confirm. This is a disrespect to me and my time as a customer. What makes me more upset is her way of requesting to change my time , no apologies for the changes Ormandy no nothing. And this always happen to me because once you say yes and be flexible with the timing, they will have no respect to you or your time. To me she is a bad representative to this good clinic. There were better staff who handled such requests very good & politely ..

Negative experience: تجربتي للتقويم كانت جيده لكن للأسف في هذه العياده، أنا وأهلي خضعنا لجلسات علاج عصب طويلة استمرت تقريباً ساعتين في كل مرة، لكن الألم ما زال مستمراً للجميع.

I would also like to thank Dr. Anas, the dental consultant. I am a shy person, and my experience with him was wonderful. He was very understanding, caring, and easy to deal with. He made me feel like a close friend and relieved my fear and anxiety about my teeth. He answered all my questions and concerns clearly. Thank you very much. I would recommend Dr. Anas to anyone who wants to consult a dentist and achieve great results.

Dr. Fahd Ahmed performed a completely painless root canal treatment, which I truly appreciate. Their expertise and professionalism are remarkable. The entire team, from the accommodating reception personnel to the skilled nurses and secretary, made my visit smooth and comfortable. Their warm and professional approach created a welcoming atmosphere. You definitely get what you pay for—top-quality dental care and excellent service. Negative experience: لامانه فيه ناس خدومه..اذا حطيت تعليق سيى يكلموك أكثر من مره عسب يخدموك لين تشل التعليق.. اذا مارديت خلال مكالمتين يلغون موعدك.. اذا اتصلت كل مره حد يعطيك موعد..؟حتى صرت ماعرف اكلم منوه علشان انسق معاه.. حد يقولون المقاسات والتركيب المؤقت قبل النهائي ساعه ونص وحد يقولك يحتاج ٥ ساعات .... مافين تنسيق كامل..ابسط مثال أكثر من مره يقولون بنكلمك خلال نص ساعه او ساعه ومحد يكلمك من ترجع تتصل يرد عليك شخص ثاني بتجلس تشرح له القصه من اول في كل اتصال تشرح القصه

But doctor Tarek made it so quick and pain free that I was really surprised. Also his assistant lady, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was super nice and calm me down during the procedure. Very professional team. Recommend.

Not only was the treatment successful, but his expertise and professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was his excellent communication skills as he explained intricate dental procedures in a way that was easy for me to understand. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Additionally, his attention to detail and precision during the procedure left me feeling confident in his abilities. Positive experience: Very long waiting time, even though I have appointment

Fantastic experience: Have just had 6 crowns done to replace 6 veneers I had done a few years ago. Dr Andrea, was brilliant, in 2 visits I had my veneers removed, temporary crowns installed and my permanent crowns fitted after 1 week. I am so happy with my new crowns. Highly recommend Dr Andrea and the Hikma team. Everyone so friendly, helpful and really made my experience a positive one. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Fahd now for 3 years and he’s been poking around in my mouth brilliantly. You know what the problem is? I always end up falling asleep on the dentist chair and snoring/snorting. For 3 years, him and his amazingly efficient and discreet nurse have been polite enough not to mention it but today I think I rattled the windows and instruments. So Dr Fahd shook me to wake me up. And I apologised but he said that’s the best compliment a dentist can have. So I said, this needs to be popularised much more. You want a rolls Royce level dentist treatment, you want to go there and ask for Dr Fahd, the best dentist EVAH!. Amazing man, polite, true gentleman and a great friend now.

Negative experience: Average clinic lacking skills and professionalism but with high prices. The moment they call you client instead of patient, you know how it will go. Gave 2 stars because it's good for small treatments, cleaning etc.

From receptionists ( Ms. Aileen) to dentists.They also have amazing nurses like Ms. Ma. Christina. They use sophisticated machines in all their procedures apart from their in-house dental lab with highly skilled techs. Patient safety is also their top priority.
