Negative experience: I booked appointment for my father at Dental Experts Center on February 7, 2025, for February 25 at 11:45 AM—a full 20 days in advance to fit my schedule. Everything was confirmed. Then suddenly, on February 19, they called me and demanded that I reschedule ! This is beyond unacceptable! I have a tight schedule with many commitments, and I carefully chose this date to accommodate my responsibilities. I planned ahead, and clearly, they don’t respect their patients’ time at all. And their excuse? They expect me to accommodate their circumstances! Seriously? What about the patients’ circumstances? I booked this appointment 20 days in advance and arranged everything accordingly. Why should I be the one adjusting to their last-minute changes? If they can’t even manage their own schedule, how can anyone trust them with their dental care? Disorganized, unreliable, and completely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: It’s our favorite dental clinic in the UAE, we come from Dubai to Abu Dhabi just for the perfect dental care they offer in all aspects My sister and daughter had their orthodontic with Dr Jad and he did magic And I had a several treatments with Dr michel and he was amazing My 8 years twins had a very bad teeth condition due previous bad treatment in other dental clinic in Dubai but now I have no worries as they are in the talented hand of Dr Dalaa Alhakim, very lovely patient and kind doctor with the kids so they never scared or annoyed of several long appointments I recommend this clinic for any one who really care for quality dental treatments

Negative experience: We know that there is 20% co payment but the amount should be clearly communicated before the start of procedure, not after. I was shocked to see the bill, was not prepared to pay so much money. Please inform financial to the patient before.
