Fantastic experience: The teeth cleaning was very great the Dr did an amazing job❤️❤️❤️ he was professional and timely and did it in the best way! Upon leaving the receptionist Sara was soo great and sweet , sara told me about their services and showed me around she is the best ! Professional and very Kind Staff i enjoyed my services there and definitely would come back!

Negative experience: My brother did yesterday a surgery and the after care was really bad. After the surgery he stayed till 1 am and the AC was too hottt and he was sweating all the time and I’ve asked them multiple times to fix it and they have ignored me leaving my brother in his sweat! Not recommended for after care at all. They wanted to charge him more for staying the night though he has paid the whole amount.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I came here for laser hair removal and paid fully for the package which was 3 sessions for 699. They made me pay all at once after informing me on WhatsApp that they do installments and then made me pay 730 AED. On top of that I’ve been trying to book my second laser removal appointment but they have cancelled 4 times now each with a different excuse! Sometimes it’s the machine not working sometimes the therapist is on sick leave?? Can u please get ur story straight! They even cancelled on me the night before my appointment not even an appropriate time. It’s been more than a month since my last session and I still have laser burns and I’m still unable to get a hold of anyone to tell me when I can book my next session. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

Negative experience: No doubt the doctors are good at their jobs. It is their service at the reception that kills time. They cannot handle working under pressure. Wasted 30-45 minutes of my time sitting on the couch after being told "We will call you once you're next". Apparently that was the case when I entered. The doctor did not have any patient with him. I didn't know until I had mentioned it to them. The receptionists need to change, or alternatively provide a better service and not waste my time!

Negative experience: Bad experience. Spent over 4 hours just to get a consultation with a GP and a specialist. The service is slow and unorganized. Not recommended for ordinary people or those who don’t appear to be VIPs—you won’t receive the same level of care as others. Additionally, last year, they attempted to claim insurance for a procedure I never received. I had only inquired about the doctor and timings, during which they took copies of my Emirates ID and insurance card. A week later, my insurance provider contacted me regarding a claim for an operation I hadn’t even undergone.

Negative experience: Good doctors but clueless administration. They have no idea about follow ups or handling insurance approvals. If you go there in off peak hours, the receptionist scampers looking for their own staff.

Negative experience: After 2 months of asking and following up on 1000$ refund, I have come to the conclusion that I will not be refunded my money as I was told that I will receive it on Monday 18th of November, last week. I called on Wednesday and was told that I was refunded upon asking for proof of refund they sent me a screenshot of an Excel spreadsheet file , not the actual proof of bank transfer . They were more concerned about me removing my previous review than actually refunding me the money which there was no agreement of no refund policy. The Nurse Miriam promised me that if I changed my mind about going ahead with the procedure I will be fully refunded. Dipesh Malbary gave me his word that I will get my refund and I never did. I have been treated unfairly and unprofessionally. No one called me from their side, I did all the calling and follow ups, which I felt that everyone was avoiding the conversation as they kept saying they will call me back and never did.

Negative experience: I went to this Clinic for consultation. The Assistant nurse Mirriam convinced me to leave a deposit for the treatment I wanted to do and I clearly told her that I wasn’t ready to do it earlier and she said it’s fine I can leave a deposit and whenever I’m ready I can come. I then asked her if I decide not to go ahead or if I change my mind would I get my refund she then told me that yes I will be refunded. However upon looking at the reviews and doing my research I decide that I didn’t want to do the treatment anymore , I then asked for my refund but to no avail. Phones have gone unanswered, messages ignored. And they now telling me I can’t get my money back. I’m highly disappointed and I will let the authorities handle it from here on because this is stealing.

Negative experience: The administration is very inefficient. An appointment was made for me, and when I arrived I waited for 45 minutes. When I checked with them, they said the doctor is not there. He is busy in an operation. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. They waste your time waiting.

Negative experience: I hadbeen done my anal fissure laser surgery there two months back . Since the day its completed i started having pain when i consulted the dr Mitkar twice bcz of the pain he asked me nothing to worry and the pain is normal . When right after surgery i was applying the oilment i do feel a stretch line when i informed dr said no fissure all they lasered . Its been two months now and iam in india & hospital Daya thrissur kerala. According to dr abdul aziz fissure isnt removed well also theres few more parts with fissure also he added that there is a big line of fissure in the anus (then i really shocked bcz i felt the same after the laser surgery in medstar when im applying oilment) thats y iam getting the pain. And they started to make one more surgery asap as its statrted getting infected . So pls think twice before going to this hospital

Dr Sajid & Aivey arranged and facilitated my blood collection from our hotel. Had the face-to-face review with Dr Sajid the following day and corrected all the imbalances through IV drip. The service is impeccable and the hospital is immaculately clean. Their aseptic technique is top notch. The staff are ever so polite and goes above and beyond. Medstar Hospital is highly recommended without a doubt! I'm a UK & US Registered so i know what high standards look like. This place definitely have it! Negative experience: I had teeth cleaning at the hospital. It was unprofessional that the doctor smokes and coming to the procedure he did not put gloves on! he did not even clean properly to keep the smell of the sigarets from the fingers! I felt constant pain as my teeth were very sensitive and not sure how it was done at the end. So I felt terrible feeling that and even directly said to the doctor about smell and not using gloves! It was OK for him Never ever coming back and do not recommend.

Negative experience: Not Even a Single Star Deserved - A Terrible PRP Experience at Medstar Specialty Hospital I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment I received at Medstar Specialty Hospital. After completing 6 sessions, I regret to say that there has been absolutely no improvement in my hair growth. This treatment has cost me around AED 3,800, plus my time and additional travel expenses, all for nothing. The results were non-existent, and I feel completely misled by the hospital's promises. To make matters worse, the staff didn't seem to conduct proper check-ups or monitor the progress throughout the treatment. Their lack of care and attention only added to my frustration. In my opinion, this hospital doesn't even deserve a single star. My experience has been a complete waste of time, money, and effort. I strongly urge others to avoid PRP treatment at Medstar Specialty Hospital.

Negative experience: Dont do lipo in this clinic! One of the surgeons there who did lipo for me ruined my whole life, they told me hes a good surgeon , nothing even changed, and i asked for thigh lipo which supposed to be full thigh and he only did the middle of my thighs, now i have a gap in the middle of my thighs, it looks DEFORMED , and he never asked to see me afterwards, everytime i ask to see him he's never there! I went to another surgeon in another hospital and he said its barbaric, never seen anything like this before and couldnt fix it! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THIS FAKE SURGEON FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! He needs to get sued! I cant even remember his name because i have never seen him after the surgery! Do not go to this clinic!!!

Positive experience: In Medstar, I saw Dr Rajul the gynecologist, she's amazing. I got an in-depth explanation of my symptoms, what my next steps were, and what diet to follow. At least 4 times I've seen her, and I've done different tests at this clinic. Ms Shabana, her nurse, is so helpful and proactive in updating all results.

Negative experience: My dad made a surgery there and know he can't move from blood lost he lost a lot of blood bec the doctors took advantage of him so they made a lot of mistakes in the surgery and they won't him to do another one he is crying from pain so don't go to this bad hospital

Negative experience: I had rhinoplasty. I gave my full trust to Dr. Adam as he claimed to be well experienced. He didn't discuss what is the plan and what to expect during the day of the operation. Instead he sent another doctor to do the markings where both of them can't barely speak english. I was expecting that they will provide a nose suitable to my face shape, but unfortunately nothing has been done correctly and now I lose my confidence to face my friends and family. It doesnt look like proportion to my face feature. Nose bridge is too straight(no angle) and dropping, long and high where it looks like drooping and now I look older, nose tip was not fixed , alar or nostril is uneven and he didn't reduce the high side bone in the cheek next to the nose(as he promised during consultation) . After the surgery, he didnt even showed up to give me post operation advices where I end up figuring out myself. I sent him messages and I never get any reply. I even need to follow up to schedule my next appointment. And on the day of appointment where my stitches will be removed, he forgot and didnt show up. He sent his assistant instead who do not have any clue at all. She (assistant) promised to send me a message for next appointment and again, I never got any message where I have to follow up myself again. Its my 2nd week now since my operation last 8th April. And yes, it needs 3months to really see atleast 90%of the final result, but if it remains droopy, what will Medstar can do to improve it. I paid so much to get improvement. Please bring back my confidence.

Negative experience: The worst place in all my life!My husband yesterday 21st of April had an asma attack, he had oxigen 87% (we monitored him.by our oxygen machine) and from JVC (where we live) we went to Medstar Spwciality Hospital, making 27 km because his insurance was covered there. Once we arrived there, around 19.30, there was only one woman in reception that told us that there wasn't any doctors even in the emergency and any manager. What I want to know is why this kind of "hospital" has an emergency and is working if they didn't have doctors? If is write "emergency" it means that the doctor suppos to be there for any emergency. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Negative experience: This is not the first time i have had bad experience with them. I had contacted regarding facial promotion and asked to book. The staff booked but never communicated the expiry of the promotion. When called to reschedule, I was informed that the rate has changed. Worst service ever. Their responses are too slow and no one calls back. Will never recommend anyone to Med Star.

Fantastic experience: I had teeth whitening done by Dr. Pooja Sathe. My experience was excellent. The staff were great, facilities were state of the art, and the dentist was outstanding. She genuinely cares about her patients and made me at ease by kindly explaining what was going on right throughout. Honestly, the best dentist I had ever met. The nurse assisting the doctor was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I could not ask for the lady's name. But if the management reads this, please pass my compliments to her and Dr. Pooja. This update is overdue by a couple of months. I went for a follow up consultation and teeth cleaning after a year and the experience was just as good as the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dr. Pooja and Ms. Roja remembered me even after a year. Overall, an excellent experience once again. I should also stress on the importance of follow up consultations. If you're reading this review, please do yourself the favour of visiting for follow ups at least annually.

Fantastic experience: The whole process was very simple and not painful either, the result was seen after the second appointment, i could notice a reduction in my hair growth and it’s helped me a lot because as a uni student I don’t really have time to wax or shave as much. Positive experience: I just had my treatment with Dr. Chaman Iftikhar. She’s seems to know exactly what she’s doing. She will walk you through the process and suggest what is needed so you can be happy with the result. Now, i can see the improvement, hopefully it will get even better over time. Because my under eyes are more hollow now, the lines are more visible and swollen everywhere. Thank you, Dr. Chaman and also to the other 2 staff who were there with us during the procedure. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was when they were taking videos, and the phone of the other staff keeps ringing which is adding to my anxiety. But, This is better than the Aesthetic Clinic that I’ve been in Al Furjan Pavilion.

Negative experience: Actually 0 stars. Awful customer service I was told to come at 11am, i came at 10:50am and waited til 12:30 and then i left because they weren’t keeping me informed and updated i was the one going to ask them every 30/35 minutes and every time they’d say oh 10/20 more minutes. They were obviously busy with shooting a picture and/or video of a bunch of people dressed in a sari completely neglecting the paying customers(no one was left at the counter even) I was asked to reschedule but refused because i live far and have already spent a good amount to come here and go back . I wasted my day off which i barley get waiting, and my time not being respected, for nothing i will never be coming back here and you shouldn’t either.
