Negative experience: I went to the doctor Dr KARTHIK on June 5, 2025 and I was told by the medical board that I would be booked with you after getting strict approval, but no one has been booked with me since that date. This is the first time I have encountered a clinic that neglects the patient and does not follow up on the patient's condition. There is no communication from the clinic management.

I was a little worried about the procedure and what the after-care would entail but he reassured me and explained the process in great detail. Negative experience: I visited for a Root Canal Treatment. At the reception, I was informed that RCT would cost 350, so I agreed to proceed. During the consultation, the doctor told me the RCT would cost 1400. They took a small X-ray (even though it was already clear that I needed an RCT), Charged me consultation fee 100 + Xray and registration fee 60. In the end, I paid 160 without getting anything meaningful in return. They should provide clear info at the reception itself. Alhamdulillah all done in the best way at Kings Dental Clinic (Opp to Fish Market) at AED.500/- with multiple xray and even initially they took full mouth xray.
