Negative experience: One of the worst experience in UAE. The clinic was empty but took an hour. The Dr was sitting and chilling. I noticed when one of the patient complained at the reception for a delay in calling them. That’s when I noticed that the dr was simply delaying. After that had to change the doctor and still had to wait. Am not confident to consult any doctors at this center. I doubt this attitude is because they take insurance coverage cases. Please don’t visit the center!!! I have been to busier clinics than this but they do much a BETTER SERVICE!!!

Negative experience: Today After I called the Aster pharmacy helpline number weither my insurance was getting covered they asked for my emirates Id no,the what insurance I gave them all the details required and told them they check n give a call,in another few minutes I told me that my insurance was covered and asked what location was suitable I told them the appropriate location and they schedule my appointment at 16:20pm I went there at reception and informed them I have appointment booked to which the receptionist replied you don’t have the insurance why did you’ll wasted my time you’ll could told me over the phone.what if it was an emergency n patient is trembling down there with fever n she collapsed and been dead at the spot.Doctor as said to be saviors infect here in Dubai they asked what insurance do you hold.Come to my country I will show you the worth#India ,just because the abundance at the emergency ward reaches the hospital does mean that the patient will survive or be declared dead you need to work this Dubai should work on this so many out there who have low insurance,I feel all the insurances should be covered in all the hospitals.

Negative experience: Front desk experience needs serious improvement. This was my first visit to Aster Clinic on 20th April'2025. Unfortunately, the person sitting at the middle counter who handled my registration was not customer-friendly and showed an unfriendly attitude throughout the process. He failed to inform me about the registration fee, which caused unnecessary inconvenience — I had to come back and pay again after my insurance was put on hold. To add to the frustration, my gender was incorrectly entered as Female in the OP form, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. For a clinic that sees so many first-time patients, this kind of attitude and mistakes are not acceptable. I hope the management addresses this and trains the front desk staff to be more professional and attentive.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Aster Clinic DMMC. The care and attention I received were outstanding. A special thanks to Dr. Haris Thalanar, who treated me like an elder brother guiding a younger one—with genuine care, patience, and thoughtful advice. The nursing station-reception and staff were also incredibly caring and supportive throughout. If possible, I’d suggest considering a slight reduction in fees, even for those with insurance—it would make the excellent care even more accessible. Additionally, minimizing delays caused by the entry of medical representatives or related business visitors ahead of waiting patients would help improve the overall experience and respect patients’ time. Highly recommend this hospital!

Negative experience: I had a burning fever the previous night so I took the first appointment I could get with a Dr. Harris Thalanar. The appointment was at 8am, the doctor dint show up to the clinic until 9:30am. I waited for 1 and a half hour until the staff was kind enough to change my appointment to another doctor who was available at the time. I have never seen this level of incompetence from a doctor, keep in mind there were multiple other sick patients waiting too. Thankfully the staff helped me and booked me with another one.

In the application it's showing inssurance is covered but when i spoke with receptionist he refused to accept my inssurance he told me it's not covered here . don't book from aster app. preferred to come directly and check inssurance is covered or not .then what's the point of having booking appointment through aster app. Very bad experience not recommended.

Negative experience: I went to Aster clinic on last Friday. The GP was amazing, also the nursing staff were great. I usually go to the Right health clinic in Karama. This time my colleague suggested Aster to me. My insurance is pretty good that almost everything is covered. So, if I go to Right Health clinic, it's almost free for me. Where as, when I went to Aster, along with the consultation which is normal, but double the rate in Right health), there was a registration fee, which made me completely shocked. If they want to register, let them do it, why to charge for that. It even made me to think, I came to Aster for the 1st time, and that was a mistake, coz when you come for the 1st time, you're been CHARGED! But yes, GP was very kind and approachable.

Fantastic experience: I had a persistent fever for 4 days, and despite taking medication twice from other clinic, it did not improve. I then visited Aster and met Dr. Riyanka. She thoroughly examined me and accurately diagnosed me with pneumonia. Dr. Riyanka prescribed a 5-day course of continuous injections, which effectively cured me. I am extremely grateful for her expertise and care. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a difference. Thank you, Dr. Riyanka, and the team at Aster for your excellent service!

Positive experience: Dr Riyanka Chail is a very friendly doctor and educates the patient on cause and effect very well. She also guides and explains medications that would work by the patient, based on comorbidity. On feedback to aster clinic the room that she sits in is very claustrophobic and detrimental for the Dr health as well. Window and/or better ventilation are required.

Negative experience: Very bad experience from Pharmacy side. The waiting time for 2 medicines was much long. The staffs was telling like that the computer system is hang and I was wondering why these pharmacies update their systems or anything. It was for one of my friend , otherwise I must have gone to some other pharmacy.

Negative experience: Even though clinic open till 10 PM i was there at 7:45PM yesterday and asked at reception, they simply denied saying doctor cannot attend and go to other hospital, clinic is about to closing time. While waiting for a taxi outside i observed people coming later were attended at reception. It was very disappointing to see such institution rejecting patient.

Negative experience: I had consultation with Dr.Aditya Priydarshini, it was a bad experience, she was impatient and rushing my consultation. She is not willing to listen and wants to finish everything in 5mins....She came 30mins late for the appointment as well.....I felt her way of interaction with Patient is kinda rude to me...little bit of kindness can go a long way...i will not recommend this Doctor nor will visit her again.

Negative experience: I think they r not even doctors how they got selected I m sick from 14 July 24 till 17 I was not ok so I went again to show the receipt with medicine I found another doctor he also told every medicine u got its good u will be well soon what is this and today is 19 July 2024 still I m sick ..what I think they came by reference they don’t know about anything ( Dr. Ajas chakiyaniknnuel and Dr. Aditya priyadharshini) I don’t think they r doctors

Negative experience: Yesterday,I went with a sample of stool of my 9 month old baby, which has been told and collected by the instruction of Aster Hospital Mankhool with their barcode labelling and told to give to nearest Aster clinic. But when I approached them the Front dest team rejected telling that aster hospital items they can’t collect. If u want u can see doctor and get them get the stool collection. When v approach in emergency this is the attitude staffs shows. If they can’t do the business or don’t know to treat customers plz don’t take those people to Jobs. If hospital samples can’t be collected there then y it’s name is aster. Is it not PART OF ASTER GROUP? Or else Aster is only making customers more troubles. Fed up with aster services.

Negative experience: Very Poor service. I visited this clinic with an appoinment at 8:15 and I arrived on time but apparently I waited so long.first because the doctor is very late almost 45 minutes and second when the doctor arrived , I met him, he informed me that my file was transferred to diff doctor because my insurance doesnt have tariff w his so I went again to the reception and I asked why he did not inform me right away. I was so disappointed but I have no choice am not feeling well so I had to wait again for another dr scheduled at 9:30am. Bad experience. Hoping that you will take necessary action to improve your services.

Negative experience: At 9:15 all the doctors have left the clinic while the clinic timings are till 10. Literally I just needed a tetanus shot and they couldn’t help me.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with Dr. Devendra Pankaj - ENT; I never seen such a lazy doctor in UAE; very worst case experience. Unnecessarily delaying the process. The way he talks and treats the patients is so bad, looks like doesn’t wants to talk at all. I never recommend him to anyone from my circle. Note: this is not the first time I am visiting Aster, this is the second time (first time also with him) I am getting a horrible experience. I could have given “0”; but no option is available.

Fantastic experience: i used to come to Dr Babu Daniel every three months check up. Also emergency, i used to come there only from all the way to Sharjah. He is a very good doctor. Fantastic experience: The initial registration procedure was very fast and thereafter we have to wait for consultation. No appointment required, you can walk in directly.Reshma nurse is very kind and helpful And if you have insurance cover from your employer, the charges are relatively low. There will be reduction in medicine cost also. Generally their service and medicine costs are very high. You can prefer only if you have insurance cover
