Fantastic experience: We visited yesterday night the clinic for an ENT consultation for my baby, and what stood out more than anything was the outstanding support and care from Mr. Resheed. His calm presence, respectful communication, and kind smile created a truly welcoming atmosphere. To be honest, I don’t frequently visit clinics, but something about Mr. Resheed's behavior, the warmth in his approach, and the way he gives each patient genuine attention and priority made me feel like coming back more often. He doesn’t just do his job he makes people feel seen and valued. The OP nurse was also helpful, and Dr. Saleem conducted the consultation professionally. However, it’s Mr. Resheed's attitude and presence that truly reflect the high standard of patient care your clinic promises. I sincerely hope this kind of service is recognized and encouraged staff like him are rare.

Every time we come, I feel compelled to ask for the name of a particular staff member who truly stands out. Negative experience: Very bad response from the Dr. Keerthy and the staff.. We asked for Sick Leave Certificate. They saying like they can't give certificate. As per DHA rule the gynecologist can't provide sick leave certificate other than delivery. Even DHA don't know about this rule.

Negative experience: Don't get me wrong the Doctors are great, but I would like to express my concern regarding one of the receptionist’s conduct during my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found his behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous, as he appeared easily irritated and responded to inquiries in a rude manner. Negative experience: We had a 5 PM appointment and arrived at 4:45 with prior insurance approval. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour and were still not called in by 6 PM. The appointment process seemed unclear, with patients being called out of order. During the consultation, the doctor took several phone calls while the patient was being checked on the bed, which interrupted the session and affected the overall experience. I had initially shared this feedback, but was later approached and asked to remove it. I hope this review is taken in the spirit of constructive feedback to help improve patient experience.

Negative experience: We took our 8 year son to Dr Sajeela and she prescribed antibiotics when it was not necessary and suggested cleaning face with salt water on dry skin which further detoirated his condition. Seems Dr. does not have relevant knowledge or experience to treat children.

Negative experience: I went there yesterday with my kid. I was not happy with the way the nurses treated the kid. They were bit rude.My kid wslas constantly crying and they didnt bother to console her and was busy talking to each other. We expect nurses to be kind and nice especially to kids. This upsets me a lot. Kindly train them to be nice with the patients more importantly to kids.

They ask us to take token with only 1 counter opened. the customer service person let the selective customers to go to registration area and I had to wait 1 hour just to get my registration done. when I asked the person call his manager he refused to call.

The clinic lacks a feeding room for babies, making it very inconvenient for parents. Additionally, the waiting area and corridors were congested, and many patients were forced to wait outside, either standing or sitting on the side of the clinic due to the lack of an appropriate waiting area. The entrance was also overcrowded, adding to the discomfort and confusion. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves its organization, facilities, and overall patient experience.

Negative experience: I visited Abeer Polyclinic in Al Qusais today for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Bhaskar. Upon arrival, I realized that for followup also an appointment is required. I took my token and waited for approximately two hours with my son. During this time, I noticed that some patients were knocking on the doctor’s door and being allowed in, despite others waiting in queue. Each consultation takes around 30 minutes, which is understandable, but the overall waiting time was excessively long. Additionally, the doctor accommodating other patients in between further extended the delay. After waiting for 2 hours, I eventually lost patience and had to leave without being seen. The clinic is consistently overcrowded, and it is evident that either more doctors are needed or better patient management practices should be implemented. The current system leads to extremely slow service and frustration among patients. I urge the management to address this issue, as such inefficiencies can negatively impact the clinic’s reputation.

Negative experience: They should have a fast track service for the elderly people , everything else is good but for an old person it’s very difficult to wait in the queue as a young person they should definitely have a fast track service for the elderly

Negative experience: We visited the clinic , 17th February 2025, after making an appointment with Dr. Unnikrishnan in Abeer Al Noor Poly Clinic Qusais at 8 p.m. As a precaution, I arrived there at 7.35 in order to avoid any delays with my child, who was not feeling well at the time. The appointment token #A49 was issued to us, and we noticed that those who came after us who received token #A50 served before us. Different token serial numbers were provided by the clinic backend team, and they were attended to before us. Even though the doctor had attended to many walking clients between our appointment time of 8 pm to 8.30 pm, he called us at 8.30 pm. Taking appointments and arriving 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time does not make any sensein this clinic. We complained verbally at reception and requested to meet the manager to discuss our concern. However, there was no manager available at the time, only a supervisor. In response to our concern, he did not give a proper response about token skipping.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jayashree Mam is the best gynecologist I have ever met. My wife feels very comfortable with her and always says she is lucky to have such a doctor. She is incredibly down-to-earth, highly skilled, and truly professional, always listening to her patients and making them feel at ease. I would also like to thank Nurse Vaishnavi for her kindness and helpful nature.

Fantastic experience: The medical team, particularly Dr. Fathima Meerasahib, demonstrated exceptional patience and understanding while addressing our health concerns. Her efforts to incorporate all necessary tests within our insurance coverage were especially appreciated.

Negative experience: If patients have any urgent issues, I recommend not going to this clinic. When we arrived, they did not honor the token number that was issued. Instead, they suggested we take their own token. When I complained to the reception, they told me that the clinic was very busy and I would have to wait until the token minimum reached 1515, even though I had already been waiting for 2 hours after receiving token 1514. In the meantime, they consulted other people who were relatives of the clinic staff. The reception staff had a very bad attitude.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from H Pylori infection which was not diagnosed by many doctors I visited before but then I came to Dr Rehmat Ullah at Khyber medical center who did tests and diagnosed my stomach pain. He treated me very professionally and now I don’t have any pains anymore. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My experience with abeer al noor is so good & still is going on very well . Dr. Keerthi Menon is very kind & experienced person . I always have fear to visit to dr but with Dr. Keerthi i feel safe ,she treated me with so much patience & kindness . There is lot of rush but dr. Keerthi meet every patient with a big smile . I started my check up with her year 2020 and until now I never change my OB I follows her at al noor polyclinic. And since then she transfer at poly clinic I met her amazing assistant agnas. She is really great she have a good smile and assisting me so well. They're the best and amazing. And I always recommend my OB-gynecologist Dr. Keerti to friends and colleagues.
