Fantastic experience: I would like to start by saying thank you to Dr. Prem Charles for providing great advise and consultation on repairing my 70% approx torn ACL. The process of self healing has been my belief and the Dr. Prem too believe which made me comfortable to go ahead with my treatment. The physiotherapist Dr. Sadique is a must go to physio coz his ways are creative and different every session. He is patient and explains the therapy well. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed and feel it is necessary to highlight the recurring issues I have faced at this hospital. Despite this being my second experience within three months, there has been no improvement. The reception staff clearly lack proper training and understanding of their own processes. Patients are randomly asked to take tokens, while others are being entertained without token by standing in queue, leading to confusion and frustration. If the system relies on queue and calling the patients by name at the treatment room, then insisting on tokens serves no purpose and only adds to the chaos. When I raised this concern at the reception, the staff showed complete indifference and did not even acknowledge my presence — which is unacceptable behavior in any professional healthcare environment. While the doctors are skilled and professional — and the sole reason I continue to visit — the poor conduct and inefficiency of the reception staff severely damage the reputation and trustworthiness of the entire clinic.

Negative experience: The doctors at this clinic are highly skilled and provide excellent medical care. However, the administrative services are poorly managed. While they do accept walk-ins if no appointments are available, there is no token system in place, leading to long and disorganized wait times. On one occasion, I had to wait with a sick child from 12 PM to 2:30 PM, with staff repeatedly stating that appointments and walk-ins were being accommodated, but without any clear order. Despite multiple complaints, including to the branch manager, no action has been taken to implement a simple token system that would greatly improve patient experience. Given that they have brought in top doctors from other clinics, it is disappointing that patient satisfaction is not being prioritized. Hence giving one star for this unorganized service and lack of action taken by management.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Life Medical Center Al Qusais for the Platinum Blood Test Package, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, and the staff was professional and efficient. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the gentleman managing the phlebotomy area on the first floor during the morning shift on Sunday, January 26th, around 9 AM. He was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive, helping with everything, including managing patient turns, allowing patients to rest comfortably, and calling names in an orderly manner so that we can go to the nurse for the blood test. He even went out of his way to assist me with the registration process, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but his excellent service made a big difference in my experience. Thank you for such a hassle-free and pleasant visit! Fantastic experience: I have been a long time Life Pharmacy customer, this was the first time I went to Life Medical Center. The nurses and staff are polite and professional. My pleasant experience was with GP Dr. Mariamma Philip, she had an elucidate way of dealing patient. Took ample time to listen to my condition and then emanated empathy. I didn't feel that I was a client talking to a service provider. It was a compassionate human to human interaction which instilled confidence and comfort towards the doctor. Although she had other patients in waiting( Which I came to know later) at no point she made me uncomfortable that she needs to hurry up. I look forward to her diagnosis show results, nevertheless her kind and gentle behaviour might fix my problem more than medication. Negative experience: 2 stars given is for the management system for Life medical centre in Al Qusais how slow it's moving process specially in this medical centre only. But 10 stars for Dr. Roderic Mathew, he do listen the patient very patiently and then gives his professional suggestions and do write the test prescriptions accordingly which never saw any other professional doing such fantastic job. But the responsible team after that slows the process in such a way that whole day patient does never ending followups & above that 105 pharmacy do the rest frustrating job, even after getting approvals from concern insurance provider they are least bother to give an call for delivery of medicines whereas they give excuses for next day delivery. I am not sure if I would like to visit again this place.

Negative experience: Had been today to the clinic, but seems the staffs working there give preference to patients whom they are comfy speaking in their native language, the pediatrician nurse didnt bother to consider walkin patients who were waiting for more than an hour..also the reception staffs were not bothered to follow first come first serve and showed arrogant behaviour ..clearly this clinic is not welcome for people who isn't from certain state or language. Negative experience: I am deeply dissapointed with dr. Nithya's service and attitude. She was the worst dentist I've ever known in Dubai. She charged me AED 1,375 for the crown but only lasted for 6 months because it fell out by itself. She told me that this porcelain crown have the best quality, but nothing at all! I came there to fix it that time, but now it's fell out again for the second time for just a couple of months! What a terrible service she gave. She told me that if it's fell out again, then I need to change it. It means I have to pay for another thousand dirhams for her lack of service! She is a very commercial doctor and not helpful at all. Even when I came there, she just opened the door without give me a privacy and let other people came across her room while she was checking on me. Meanwhile, I had another crown from another dentist but it's really worth it. It was even cheaper than dr. Nithya's crown but it lasted for more than 9 years and still strong until now. Too bad that doctor is not in Dubai. Should've wrote this review a year ago but I decided to give her another chance. Now I regret it.

Negative experience: Veryyyyy poor service. Went for my daughter's test. Even after 3 to 4 days reports wer not updated. WhatsApp service verrry poooorr. Constantly says to call this number or that number. Finally went to hospital to ask regarding reports. Came to know they registered wrong email id of mine.. Kuddos. Nor I got reminder call for test.. Nor when I went to hospital for radiology. No nurse to assist, no one to care, no one come up to patient n update to have enough water before test. More than 1 hr I was waiting for simple test. Later in report Dr wrote::::: "" Poor acoustic window because of partially distended urinary bladder and gaseous artefacts. Patient was reluctant to drink water and wait for adequate distension of bladder""" Kuddos to this hospital n staff n Dr.. Blame game on patient. Wowww. Not going to visit this hospital ever again in life

Negative experience: Doctors , especially Dr. Babu Refeek and Dr. Rodrick are really incredible, helpful & Knowledgable but not happy with the front desk / reception girls. Their attitude and behaviour towards the patients needs to be improved and should learn how to speed up the process of registration. They don’t have to bother or comment themselves about which treatment the patient is taking and it’s the doctor’s responsibility. They just have to complete the tasks properly which is assigned to them.
