Negative experience: POOR SERVICE & DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE _ 29 APR 2025 Visited DOCIB Clinic yesterday evening to extract a front milk tooth for my son, which was already 50% loose. Upon inquiry, I was told AED 80 for consultation and AED 200 for extraction. I explained it wouldn’t require a major procedure and asked if the doctor could assess the case first to possibly adjust the charges. However, reception staff and nurse of the dentist insisted on paying the consultation fee before even for allowing the doctor to take a look. After a 20-minute discussion and finally agreeing to pay, we were about to enter the doctors room at 8:50 PM, they noticed another patient entering the clinic whose appointment was at 9:00 PM seeing him the nurse asked us to wait and he was prioritized ahead of us. Despite our earlier arrival at 8:30 PM, we were asked to wait further while the other patient—who arrived 10 minutes early—was taken in first. I again insisted the nurse this milk tooth extraction will not take more than 10mins but she insisted on take 9.00 PM patient before us. I found this handling extremely unprofessional and humiliating. I left immediately left, googled and found out Arincare Polyclinic, only a minute away. They welcomed us, quoted AED 150, and promptly treated my son. The doctor noted it was a simple case and even reduced the charge to AED 130. We were done by 9:15 PM. It was such a smooth and welcoming atmosphere that we were determined to go there for all our further medical requirements. Kudos to Arincare for their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. As for DOCIB—this experience was a complete waste of time and showed zero regard for customer care. You've lost a customer for good.

Negative experience: WORST CLINIC EXPERIENCE,NO RESPECT FOR PATIENT,UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED ZERO⭐ This clinic is absolutely terrible! my sister went feeling sick after a night shift, waited for 1 hour, only to get a token and told to come back after 1.5 hours because the doctor wasn’t available. When she returned, they casually said the doctor wouldn’t come at all! Why did the hell they took her number and email if they couldn’t even inform her by call? Is this how you treat to sick patients?? Receptionist she didn’t even apologized such a SAME we believe every healthcare should be very welcoming.Not only my sister Many of my sisters friends have faced the same issue here. I will be raising a complaint with DHA. This is kind of playing with someone life. THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME THAT THEY DONT HAVE DOCTOR.RECEPTIONISTS WHY SHE DIDNT CALL AND INFORM
