As it was my first time undergoing this procedure, I was initially a bit anxious, but the entire process was smooth and professionally handled. The doctor had an exceptionally gentle touch—so much so that I hardly felt anything throughout the procedure. I was also shown the before and after results, which clearly reflected the effectiveness of the treatment. I left the clinic feeling relieved and very satisfied. He prescribed medication for one month, and I’m happy to share that I experienced about 95% improvement. I’m extremely satisfied with the doctor’s diagnosis and care. The nursing staff were also very supportive, friendly, and professional throughout the treatment. Overall, I had a very positive experience and highly recommend both the hospital and their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from the front desk. Widad has been a great help past 2 weeks. Through WhatsApp all reports and consulting arrangements she arranged. Highly recommend. Very quick service overall. With parking facility and large waiting area kids are also not bored.

Fantastic experience: Dr Firoz is exceptional at what he does. He is an expert with Root Canal Treatment and re-treatment. Dr Firoz took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures to be done, answered all my questions patiently and ensured I fully understood the procedures I needed to undergo. The root canal treatment procedure was painless and results were excellent. Dr Firoz followed up personally to check on progress and my recovery. Staff was great and supportive too. I highly recommend Dr Firoz.

Negative experience: So disappointed with the service. I don’t have any issue with the doctors, they’re good. However, I requested many times for the ultrasound report photos or images, but I don’t received any. I remember how much we paid since then- we paid for almost 2,000 dirhams since I didn’t have insurance when I first came, yet they can’t even provide any images which I believe it’s my right to see or to have. I tried to reach out and I spoke to many staffs, but they just kept on saying they will call back and I don’t see any progress. I hope they will consider the situation of a person, most especially the pregnant one. Such a disappointment to keep on waiting, yet no good progress at all. I requested it coz I need it for my record because the hospital which I transferred asking for it. I think they are after the payment not the service!

Negative experience: Worst service.Visited and had requested for sick leave but the doctor said I'll recive through email. From 7pm till 10pm I've been chasing them to get it through customer care abd now at 10pm that they closed their response is that they've closed now.. First was Kevin, 2nd was Mohamed and third was way annoying who just put my call on hold flfor 10 minutes to run away from the situation. Which hospital takes 4 hours or the whole night to get the sick leave? Disgusting, I had to repoet my company now that I'm not coming and even after several calls they just ignored the patient. So sick

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic but most of my visit the l unwelcoming vibes of this clinic makes it hard for me to feel good. I visited this clinic for an ultrasound. When I greeted the doctor, she didn't respond or acknowledge me. The entire procedure was conducted in silence, with no communication from the doctor. As a sign of respect, I still thanked her before leaving, but she didn't respond or make any comment again. This lack of engagement made the experience feel impersonal and unfriendly.
