Negative experience: Arrogant and unprofessional receptionist specially the guy who sits there.. doesn’t know how the talk and treat the patients.. plans and collects the money for tests and keep on postponing the scheduled test by telling doctor is not available.. these guys are more into collecting money and don’t care about patients health.. I strictly don’t recommend this clinic

Negative experience: It’s not a clinic it’s a supermarket especially the reception and one guy his name is (evron) or i don’t know what so I will not recommend too anyone to go there because even you are sick you will stay one hour even you have an appointment Doctor his amazing and so patient but the rest it’s zero out of ten

Negative experience: No one is calling you back for your result.. i was told the doctor will call be back the next day but no call. I called customer service and the lady said she has issues with the system and will call me back but never called back. The link for the result is not working too.

Negative experience: The physiotherapy had already been approved and no one calls you to schedule it. You have to run after it if you want to do it, there are no schedules, because there are only 2 days a week, either morning or night. In other words, if you need it, it will take a year to get better. Supposedly, I would have to do physiotherapy on my shoulder and neck, but God knows why they only requested the shoulder, and they said they can only do it for one part. In short, it's horrible! If you need it, go to JLT, the care will be different

Negative experience: Communication gap Lack of professional ethics Rude behavior of dr vijay george I just visited aster clinic and dr Vijay George. My appointment time was 4:20. I came here 4:10. They took time during registration and then they ask me to go to room 27. I waited infront of room 27 and then they said to go to room 12. I didn’t even take my seat and he started to talk rudely that next time i will not take your appointment if you didnt come on time. I told him that it was not my fault, the customer care service guided me to room 27.

Negative experience: I’m not sure how Aster hires their doctors. The service seems extremely poor and lacking in expertise. They don’t take the time to explain my condition, and the physiotherapist doesn’t seem to be a registered professional. She appears unsure of what to do, simply applying a TENS machine while frequently talking on the phone. It’s a very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Very slow. I was the first patient in the day and it took 15 min to be called at reception desk, and 15 min to have the doctor while I was the first patient. Another 20 min for blood test which was painful btw . Every step is so so so slow. If time is critical for you, don’t advise to go there .

Negative experience: I wish I could give -100 stars awful experience 1. Nobody speaks proper English 2. Poor comunication. I came to get a PCR blood test asked about result timings. One person said 24h, then another one 48h hours, a different employee said 5 days and meanwhile I’m chasing them down which was extremely stressful 3. When I finally got my results, ( after calling 20 times ) all they did is just text it to me, nobody to explain it read it nor give a prescription. Had to chase them down for prescription as well 4. The test I did they charged me 1200 Aed plus unnecessary consultation charge. While you can get the same test on justlife for under 500aed and they come to your house. 5. After I finished my treatment, I wanted a follow up and test on just few things, but they forced me to do a full test again and pay another 1200 aed. Same thing happened had to chase down 6. I been daily requesting a doctor call back which is the bare minimum considering the charges, and still doctor has not called back for days. 7. People at reception don’t know the simplest answers to nothing. One lady had me wait for the doctor saying it will be 15 min, ended up being 1 hour to then the doctor showing up and not properly assisting. Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to dermatologist Dr. Madhu for skin and hair loss concerns for a few months now and wholeheartedly recommend her for her care and procedure expertise. The dermatology department in general is efficient, neat and run very well thanks to the doctor and nurses like Ms. Mumtaz.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Parashuram is incredible! I can’t say enough good things about about him and his nurse Hensan. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I came in with persistent wisdom tooth pain, unsure of what to do, but Dr. Parashuram took the time to thoroughly examine my situation and explain all my options in detail. Negative experience: Horrible experience with Dr Asra begun. She speaks in an annoying manner. She was recommended by Dr. Preeti Dvivedi when I was having severe stomach ache. Once I visited Dr. Asra, she seems upset on attending me a patient and replied that if consulted by Dr. Preeti I cannot do much here. Continue the same medications. Did not even asks for the illness. There was a reason I was recommended to her. Kind advice to Clinics like Aster. Please don’t drop your reputation because of Doctors like Asra.

Fantastic experience: After trying physio at many other clinics and branch’s due to my post op knee surgery 6 weeks, I can honestly say after my first 2 sessions with Physiotherapist Dr. Silpa (the most experience and emotionally intelligent doctor) which is important when it comes to pain management and progress in recovery. She entered my heart with her demure and empathic nature and educated me about the process and made a plan to improve my mobility and stability and strength until I get 100% I regained muscle strength and movement in 1 session, which I haven’t seen after 5 sessions elsewhere. God bless her and Thank you Aster for bringing such a Gem in Dubai. Can’t wait till I’m at a 100% with Dr. Silpa

Negative experience: Pathetic and slow service from doctor to receptionist and every time the excuse is technical glitch It’s shameful that you give such excuses and make patient suffer and wait irrespective arriving before timing .. A normal MBBS Doctor taking more then 15 mins per patients ..Not sure how much time a specialist will take ..

Fantastic experience: Daisy from the Reception is kind and approachable so as Astee who made sure I will get my internal appointment of scanning to their other branch clinic, a very down to earth person. Everon, Jec, thank you, and especially also to Mohit who was able to figure out my scanning schedule when the slot is full for the day I am only available. Mumthal and Megha knows what they are doing, and I did not feel anything when they were taking sample from me. Their hands are gentle. Place is clean, quiet and organized. Looking forward for Dr. Preeti’s care on my next journey.
