Negative experience: The worst clinic ever. I went there to obtain a simple medical report, and the entire process took around an hour and a half. While waiting to make the payment, the receptionist asked me to wait “just a moment.” I waited for 20 minutes and then asked her, “Can I pay now?” She replied, “Oops, I forgot about you.” They told me to come back the next day to collect the medical report. I followed up by phone, but the process was completely disorganized. They said they would call me back—and eventually, they did, telling me that my report was ready for collection. When I arrived, none of the staff from the previous day were there. The receptionist didn’t listen properly and wasn’t proficient in English. She asked me to go to the triage room to check my blood pressure and temperature. I had no idea why that was necessary just to collect a report, but I followed her instructions. Then I was told to wait to see the doctor. I ended up waiting for over an hour, watching people who had registered after me go in before me. When I spoke to the receptionist to explain that I was only there to collect a report and shouldn’t have to go through all of this, she simply said, “That’s our process. If you can’t wait, we can cancel your appointment.” The whole experience was chaotic and unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness. I sincerely hope those in charge of this place take this review seriously. Update: I finally received the report, but I noticed two major errors: my name was incorrect, and the diagnosis was for the wrong knee. The issue is with my left knee, yet the report was written about my right knee. When I noticed the name error, I returned to the reception desk. They told me I needed to go back to the doctor to correct the name and wait again. I refused to wait once more and went straight to the doctor’s room. However, she told me to return to reception because they are the ones authorized to edit names in the system—she couldn’t change it herself. She asked me to go back to them, make the correction, and then return to her. The entire situation was truly chaotic and frustrating.

Negative experience: Ineed to know the doctor gived me a medicine but she didnt see my pain she asked and gived medicine how she didnt check my mouth my fever and when ineed sick leave she told me no its just 1 day how its one day its hard to me to talk with someone

Negative experience: One of the worst experience recently i visit there for my checkup of fever and staff were so rude and the lab team they didn’t sent my report even after 2 days i have to call them and ask them and remind them about my report and then they sent men that so weird. Never gonna visit again!

Negative experience: Adam and Eve Medical Center – Dr. Tirso Jr. Williams Jacalan I recently visited Adam and Eve Medical Center and had a disappointing experience. The waiting time was extremely long — over an hour. The attending physician, Dr. Tirso Jr. Williams Jacalan, did not conduct a thorough consultation. He barely asked questions about my medical concerns and dismissed important details. What surprised me even more was when he commented on how I was dressed, asking, "Why are you dressed like that?" — which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Is there a specific dress code expected of patients seeking medical care? Furthermore, the doctor did not perform any physical examination or recommend any lab tests. Instead, he prescribed an antibiotic along with five other medications without explaining the reasons behind them. When I asked for a sick leave certificate, he appeared annoyed and called someone else to issue it, instructing them not to include any diagnosis. I went there seeking medical help, not just a sick note. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The experience was unprofessional and lacked the basic standard of patient care. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve their service and ensure better treatment for future patients.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at Adams and Eve Clinic on [19/3/25]. My girlfriend and I are regular patients at your clinic, and this recent experience has severely tarnished our perception of your establishment. My girlfriend was experiencing severe migraine and vomiting, making it extremely difficult for her to communicate. Due to our accommodation being located a considerable distance from the clinic, I went to seek medical assistance on her behalf. Upon arrival, I was informed that our usual doctor was unavailable and was assigned to Dr. Priyanka Pranjal Bhattacharjee. I explained my girlfriend's condition and requested that Dr. Bhattacharjee review her medical records to understand the severity of her situation. While she acknowledged the system's update, she did not appear to fully grasp the urgency. I specifically requested a two-day sick leave certificate, as her condition rendered her incapable of working. I explained that due to the demanding nature of our jobs in the hospitality industry and the distance we traveled, returning the following day would be incredibly challenging. Dr. Bhattacharjee refused, insisting on granting only a one-day sick leave and requiring us to return the next day for further assessment. Despite my attempts to explain the impracticality of this, she remained inflexible. Frustrated, I approached the reception staff for assistance. The receptionist, however, was unhelpful and displayed a lack of patience, often interrupting me and engaging in other conversations while I was speaking. I then sought assistance from a staff member named Jijesh, who assured me he would speak to Dr. Bhattacharjee and arrange for a two-day sick leave. Upon returning to Dr. Bhattacharjee, she was visibly rude and dismissive. She handed me the sick leave certificate face down, and upon inspection, it was still only for one day. When I attempted to reason with her, she asserted her authority, stating, "I'm the doctor, I will decide how many days to approve sick leave. This is all I can do." She further insisted that we return the following day if we required additional leave. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also inconsiderate and dismissive of my girlfriend's genuine medical needs. I felt pressured and disregarded. The suggestion that I was "pressuring" her for a sick leave was particularly insulting and untrue. This entire experience was deeply upsetting and demonstrated a severe lack of empathy and professionalism from both Dr. Bhattacharjee and the reception staff. Adams and Eve Clinic and will be sharing my negative experience with others. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address the issues raised to prevent similar incidents in the future. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: I feel always negative feedback about the reception customer service, especially about Chandini (am not sure the name ) rude behaviour to customer . Behaviour is very important for improving your customer service and satisfaction. While she's doing rude to people the new trainees also will do same . Also taking long time for getting treatment, today I went for a TT injection it's taken 1hour and 10minutes, please improve this side also . Customer have more options in abudhabi even am trusting your firm that's the reason am choosing ADAM AND EVE .

Negative experience: The customer service and administration are extremely poor. The staff demonstrate a lack of understanding in both Arabic and English, which severely impacts communication. Given the diverse clientele, including many Arabic-speaking and European nationals, it is essential to have staff who are fluent in both Arabic and English. Additionally, Arabic-speaking doctors should be available to properly understand patients' needs, especially when it comes to medical reports and complex medical cases.

In the month of January, I visited medical with my husband, I was having high fever, extremely bad flu and already unconscious. By his dedication to serve needy he put action for emergency with empathy.. than I was served urgently with great care. He is well experienced and professional in his service also. We are thankful always to Dr. Mohoto, Security guard and Care Giver staffs who provided excellent treatment and shown incredible kindness during our hard times. Highly recommend to seek Dr. Mohoto Help in need. Small request Receptionist has opportunities to be polite and understand the means of true care. Thank you.

Negative experience: While we have the utmost respect for Dr. Adeeba and truly appreciate her professionalism and care, the conduct of the reception and support staff has been extremely disappointing. Their lack of coordination, repeated misinformation, and absence of basic patient care standards reflect very poorly on the overall healthcare experience. We sincerely urge that this matter be looked into seriously to ensure such incidents are not repeated with other patients. The receptionist has consistently misled patients about Dr. Adeeba’s availability, often providing false information to divert them to other doctors. This behavior appears intentional and unethical, causing confusion and inconvenience for those seeking specific medical care. Additionally, they tend to make patients wait unnecessarily without any proper justification, which is both unprofessional and distressing. My mother, a 60-year-old diabetic patient, had an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM. She arrived on time in a fasting condition, as required for the test. However, the reception staff failed to inform the doctor of her arrival until around 11:00 AM. As someone with diabetes, prolonged fasting is harmful, and she began feeling extremely weak and uncomfortable. Despite her condition, the staff displayed a complete lack of urgency and empathy in handling the situation. Later in the day, when she returned for a consultation with Dr. Adeeba, she was sent directly to the vitals room without being registered. She waited unnecessarily, only to discover that her registration had not been completed. She then had to go back to the reception to complete the registration process and return once again to the vitals room. Such disorganization and carelessness are unacceptable, particularly towards elderly patients with health issues. Additionally, when she was directed to the ECG room, the staff kept telling her to wait for insurance approval. They repeatedly claimed that the approval was still pending. Fortunately, I received the approval notification directly from my insurance provider and showed it to them—only then did they proceed with the ECG. Had I not received that message, they would have continued misleading her under false pretenses. Management of Adam and eve should take this behaviour on a serious note and act to minimise such politics in a medical facility at least.

Negative experience: A very bad practice and its unbelievable and not acceptable happening to me right now here in adam and eve electra the lady in the laboratory who’s named CHOZEN who’s on duty today 7/5/2025 10:06am, she gave me a wrong information over the phone. I ask her if dr. Ananta is on duty today and she said yes dr. Ananta is on duty. Now i call my company to request a day off today to have a time to talk to my doctor and when i arrived here in Adam and eve i ask for my doctor for follow up check up to the reception and told me dr. Ananta is on day off. So the requested day off to my company is for nothing, the effort and the time i spend is all wasted because of this lady. If she don’t know, she can tell she doesn’t know the schedule of the doctor its a simple thing. It’s very frustrating, because i want Dr. Ananta because he all knew my situation. Now again i need to explain everything to other doctors and now the doctor again refer me to another doctor and another explanation again. Now i cancel all and i need to come back again tomorrow to talk to dr. Ananta. Only because this lady gave me this wrong information all of this happened to me. To ms. CHOZEN IF YOU DON’T KNOW, ASK OR SAY YOU DON’T KNOW. Because of this too many things happened. And to the management please do the needful action its not acceptable its frustrating.

Negative experience: We had a very horrible experience in our last visit . Very disorganized and unattended nursing rooms. We waited 30 minutes just to get the nursed. Receptionist and its system looks so disorganized that average check in took almost 1.5 hours. Its a shame to keep a patient wait for over an hour is an absolute disgrace.

Negative experience: I came to visit a medical center Adam and eve in auh electra st. To seek a medical treatment. iam experiencing a severe dizziness and headache since the other day. The Doctor who is been assigned to Me Dr RIFAT ARA FERDOUS did a little diagnosis to me by the way asking what happens to me. I explained and i told her that the main issue i came to visit the medical facilities, im having severe headache and dizziness which lead to vomiting secondarily my throat also is paining with cough and colds. she did look at my throat... which is secondarily that iam complaining. My main issue is that iam experiencing severe headache which lead to dizziness and vomiting.. what she did refered me to ENT. I ask her if she can prescribes medicines for my dizziness and headache her answer thats "why i told you go to ENT." With an exaggerated tonal voice. I ask her i need to take medicine now i cannot wait, but she refused to treat me and did not prescribe any medicine for me.. What i did i walk out go directly to the pharmacy ask what medicine i can take for my dizziness and headache then i bought it and did self medication by myself. Seriously a patient will seek a medical doctor who requires immediate attention. Hopefully ADAM and EVE Medical Center Facilities Still Stands on their "VISION AND MISSION" to their PATIENTS.

Negative experience: Omg is really a Medical? The service are so bad.. Staff are so rude..and there is no proper procedure here.. Even for my follow up I have to come back again for GP. Wasting of time . Keep waiting for long time. First time I made a negative review to a medical clinic... I will never come back here !!!

The purpose of an appointment is to ensure a smooth and timely process, but these delays make it difficult for patients. It is essential to review and improve scheduling and patient flow to minimize unnecessary waiting times. That said, I appreciate the expertise and care provided by the doctors, especially Dr. Anu, who is highly experienced. I hope the hospital can work on improving the waiting time while maintaining the quality of care.

Negative experience: Waited with baby for more than 15 mins for take vitals. We are accepting the waiting time at reception and waiting for see the doctor. Please keep atleast 1 nursing staff in vital room to avoid such rush.

Our usual doctor was unavailable, and the only doctor available at that time was DR. RIFAT (General Practitioner) SHE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND WAS NOT NICE TO THE PATIENT.
