His assistant is amazing too very kind and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. The new clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Negative experience: I haven’t received the imaging results and other important documents that I paid for. They really wont mind if you have reservations or doubts with the procedure just as long they could get money off of you. Unfortunately, despite the bad experience, they wont offer any resolution for their clients.

Fantastic experience: I came here for teeth cleaning and scaling yesterday. I was very apprehensive as my lower teeth are not aligned. My dental cleanings have always been extremely painful..I requested Dr Lakshmi to be gentle and that I would be coming every few weeks for cleaning as it is closer to my place. Dr Lakshmi told me to trust her and she'll take care of everything. They have the latest ultrasonic technique and machines in cleaning..it was done faster than I could imagine ..she cleaned my teeth throughly and almost painlessly. I was honestly expecting 3-4 sittings. I was shocked when they showed me the pictures of my totally clean teeth. Tbh I had also read about Go Dental and Dr Lakshmi and she had also been recommended by few colleagues but I was delaying it as cleaning has always been so painful. This was a first hand experience and I couldnt be anymore thankful to Dr Lakshmi. Cheers team GoDental and Dr Lakshmi. Look forward to coming here for all my Dental needs.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst experience I had. There was continuously paying for a treatment that was not discussed during the consultation. And when asked for a statement of my payments at the time they couldn’t give me for some reason. Ended up not proceeding with my root canal all the money added on with informing me only 15min before my coming up treatment. I do not recommend this dental clinic and ask for the statement before they try to take money out of your pocket.
