Fantastic experience: I had very amazing experience in this clinic especially with the nurse Jossy John, she is very polite and talented. Why I said she is very talented nurse because I always get scared to see the needles, even hearing that word give me goosebumps, because previous experiences with the injection always gave me the pain. After many many years, I found a nurse gave me injection without any pain at all. The way she injected the needle and removing it, super smooth, and even I don’t realized if she took many blood samples. Not only that she is very caring, trying to make me feel comfortable and make sure I feel good. This clinic is my favorite clinic now and the doctor also very great (Ankita). They made my day today.

So no need to search for parking. All doctors are very attentive, observation towards patients concern is very keen. More over very friendly as well as professional. Way of handling clients is extreme to core. And thanks to front reception too. Overall my satisfaction towards their dedication is really really amazing

Negative experience: I had a scheduled, insurance-approved appointment with Dr. Sakshi for a pelvis and abdomen scan. However, due to a system error on your end, the scan was not conducted. I was later informed that the doctor had already left, and I would need to return on another day. As an expat with a demanding job, taking time off for medical appointments is not easy. I specifically made arrangements to attend this appointment, expecting professional and timely service. Instead, my day was completely wasted — both in terms of time and money. It's extremely disheartening, especially when patients place their trust in your services and expect better accountability. Additionally, I had a consultation with Dr. Ankita in May regarding a skin-related concern. Despite the visit, I have not received any follow-up communication or guidance since then. I chose Aster despite hearing mixed reviews, hoping to experience quality healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question that decision. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take meaningful steps to improve your systems and patient engagement.

Negative experience: The clinic receptions booked for a wellness test without my prior knowledge and approval. Staff approach and discuss this but I never agreed to utilized this benefits until such found out as I am getting schedule to another hospital and result was approved and utilized to aster sheik zayed. This kind of act is significantly disappointing and the fact the they knows my insurance have this benefits, for me this act is lead for taking advantages. I called for assistance twice today June 21 but no action nor no follow up calls from clinics.

Negative experience: Internal medicine doctor Priyanka I have been visiting Aster clinic past 11 years & this is my first experience of visiting a very unpleasant doctor. So very unfortunately Had to make my second round to Doctor Priyanka If anyone wants to visit a doctor who has compassion & empathy then PLEASE DONT VISIT HER. Her behavior is extremely non co-operative. She is schooling me without asking for her free advises after waiting to see her for 1 hour . Its her duty to give me medicines & not give me advises . I am a 37 year old woman and I know what's best for me. She has a cold attitude ,an arrogance and she assumes that she does favor on her patients. an extremely unpleasant experience meeting her twice. unfortunately cause Aster business bay had no internal medicine doctor which is closest. Aster quotes "wishing good health and happiness" doctor priyanka wishes least of any happiness & least shows in her attitude. she misbehaves & puts referral without asking to. I am extremely disappointed by her behavior,Attitude & inconsiderate behavior towards her patients. what an unpleasant experience to visit the clinic yesterday. she has no right to disrespect her patients and put them in a spot where she can question them disrespectfully and no one is answerable to her for there personal life. I am sure she'll find her way to escape from this review by proving her self cause to what i understand. her opinions are righteous most. she better understand her boundaries & limits we come to her as patients & its her duty to give medicines that she's licensed for.

Negative experience: This branch of the Aster Group has been my worst experience so far. The staff at the reception and administration were not courteous and clearly require training, both in handling insurance processes and in English communication. Despite having received insurance approval, I struggled for nearly a week to schedule my test. I even obtained the approval document directly from the insurance company and shared it with them, but the staff kept insisting that the insurance had not approved it—despite clear documentation. I had to escalate the issue daily for five consecutive days, and only on the sixth day after my consultation was I finally able to complete my tests.

First and last time to visit the Emirates Tower aster clinic ! Lack of knowledge and manipulation because my insur’ace is strong so they deny accepting it ! I went there seeking for a medical care as I’m sick they made me more sick.
