Negative experience: “It was a very bad experience. I did laser tattoo removal in eyebrow and a Dermapen session. Regarding the tattoo removal, the doctor did not explain the side effects properly or honestly describe the expected results after the session (Actually she hide the side effects) She only mentioned the side effects after asking. Until now, I’m still suffering from the effects. As for the Dermapen, I didn’t notice any benefit at all. They did everything very quickly

Positive experience: I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received today. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 PM, but by 9:00 PM, the doctor had still not arrived to attend to patients. This delay is completely unacceptable. In addition to the long wait, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the overall poor customer service. It is clear that the clinic needs serious improvement in both appointment management and staff professionalism. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and their time valued.

Negative experience: Is there an option to put zero star, I would go for it I did PRP 5 PRP sessions for hair and 5 laser sessions. Prices are imaginary and results are almost invisible . Communication with the nurses and doctors is unprofessional. Thanks, will never visit you again

Fantastic experience: Dr Rekha literally changed my life..she is incredibly polite and very understanding .. Dr Rekha advised me to get braces, which fixed my gaps and then guided me on my journey towards crowns which looked so natural I could not be happier .. She was respectful to my fear of the “dentist” and Kristy her cute assistant was always ready to hold my hand and give me the biggest smile.. I would highly recommend Dr Rekha as a first stop to the best smile ever !!

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to GG clinic a lot and I’ve always had the best treatment, this is my first time encountering an employee her name is “Jayle” I think I’m not sure but she spoke to me in a disrespectful way the first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt but I saw her continuing speaking the same way with other patients, I felt maybe she was going through something but she was singing and laughing and still for the second time spoke to me in an inappropriate way.

Negative experience: I’m going there since 4 years but unfortunately the attitude of some receptionist is upsetting people. I believe that the manager could encourage their employees to have a course in terms of communication and attitude.

The only problem is that they change the technician every session, which is not suitable for privacy, especially for someone like me who is getting full body laser. The best technicians are Veronica and Lourdes. Lourdes is really attentive to details and very skilled.
