Negative experience: I am very disappointed with their service. Yesterday I took appointment for 12:00 pm and reached 20 minutes prior and they called me around 12:45 and today same thing happened I took appointment by 7 pm and until now they didn't call my token and keep on calling walk in customers, I don't understand what is the use of booking appointment. So very disappointing.

Negative experience: We have reached the clinic by 8.30PM, they have informed pediatrician have stopped taking admissions, since she was really ill we asked the appoinment for GP atleast, they were not ready to give GP’s appointment as well telling that, for children only pediatrician are allowed.Incase of an emergency what would be done if paediatricians are not available?

Negative experience: I am sharing my experience for aster clinic nuaimiya Ajman. Service at reception is very slow procedure to register patient and extracting patient details is very slow. when ever I visit doctor they give extra medicines speacilay who have insurance which is useless and no return policy. Most of the time doctor assume the patient condition as per patient statement don't do proper checkup. If patient ask for cholesterol and suger test without knowing any fact doctor recommend for test . Nursing room is fine they are checking all the basic things before sending patient to doctor room.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with the insurance department. Every time, we’re forced to follow up multiple times just to get a submission through. Even after receiving approval, nothing moves forward unless we physically visit the clinic to remind them. Extremely inefficient and frustrating process.

Negative experience: The customer service team service is very slow. Even you book appointment in advance you need to wait for long. The app is not providing you the information about your insurance that it's covered or not. You will only come to know at the desk after ur visit and wait for long for nothing. Negative experience: Dear Team, I hope you're doing well. I visited one of the aster clinic branches which is located in Nuaimiya Ajman, Landmark: Infront of Ramada Hotel on 13/03/2025 and was diagnosed with acute pharyngitis. I requested for a sick leave certificate for 02 days (13/03/2025 & 14/03/2025) which was approved by Dr Ahsan but needed a DHA approved sick leave for my company. On 13/03/2025 after my appointment i went to the reception and the guy said the DHA portal is down so i need to check by evening after Iftar around 07:00pm, and i reached there later on at 07:00pm but again i received the same answer that DHA portal is down but was working at 04:30pm so i need to visit the branch again by morning time then i got frustrated because if the portal can work later on then why the guy the morning told me to check after iftar ? I was like okay then I will come again next morning. On 14/03/2025 (today) at 10:00am i visited the branch again but again i received the same answer that portal is down and need to check again by evening after iftar and this time i was getting really frustrated because it was extremely unprofessional. I mean I'm already sick and i don't live nearby, I can understand DHA system is not under aster that's why I just suggested them let me do the payment in advance and they can keep my mobile no. so once the portal is working then they can contact me or they can have my mobile no. so once the portal is working let me know i will come and pay. Why does the patient have to come again and again when he's sick and isn't getting proper service at all ? The receptionist suggested to me that I can apply for a sick leave certificate through the DHA app. If I was capable enough then would I visit the clinic again and again ? It has to be done from the clinic side as part of the service. I faced the same issue in Aster Clinic located in Marhaba Mall (Ras Al Khor) couple of months back that the DHA server was down but the receptionist Mr. Steven was very helpful, he let me do the payment in advance and once the portal worked he sent me the sick leave certificate via email then why this ajman clinic can't do the same when i asked them ??
