Fantastic experience: Dr. Sana Shaheen is the only dentist I visit — my go-to spot for all dental treatments! She’s so kind, patient, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. I really appreciate her amazing work and professional attitude every single time.

Fantastic experience: My daughter aged 4 years was having cough and cold and we got a quick appointment with Pediatrician in the Aster Business Bay clinic. Doctor Dr. Sidha Rao was so friendly, children friendly. The nurses here are highly skilled, gentle, cooperative and children friendly. Reception team was really quick for all the services without any delay and very cooperative.

Negative experience: Customer care number for emergency services like hospital and medical need should not keep people waiting and clicking numbers .it never connects to any hospital.The IVR keeps advertising what aster has. Worst experience as patient.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Karen Saldanha. She was clearly in a rush to leave work and did not examine my baby properly. She misdiagnosed my child’s skin condition, told me it was just a wound, and prescribed Fucicort (an antibiotic and steroid cream). In reality, it turned out to be ringworm (fungal infection), and using such a cream is completely inappropriate because steroids make fungal infections worse. I paid 310 AED for this wrong consultation and treatment, which was a waste of money and, more importantly, could have harmed my child. A competent doctor should have at least taken a simple test or considered fungal infection, instead of dismissing it as a minor wound. Very unprofessional and careless.

Negative experience: I’m a tourist and I had to go here as my GP said I needed a weekly checkup for my stitches on my hand. I was recommended here so I went. Only good thing was the waiting times, but compared to the hours waiting in the UK, I’m sure it’s not a difficult thing to beat. So first off… 200 or so dirhams for a “consultation”. Which just comprised of me explaining to the Dr, what happened and etc. I received no questions to do with the movement of my hand or any relatable questions to ensure the Dr knows the severity of the injury. Then the nurses…. Useless. They charged me 50/60 dirhams for something that I do at home and call it dressing. The worst thing is, the dressing came off after hours so there is no point. I do a better job at home. The nurse wasted like 5/6 bandages trying to put a bandage on me. I was shocked. Even yet, I was in the hospital maybe an hour, I only saw the main doctor for 2 mins. I was attended to only by the nurses. I understand they may be busy but if the nurses are going to do all the work, then at least hire competent ones. Yeah just cash loss and horrible. As useful to me as a glass hammer.

Negative experience: Thanks to doctor Vishal Sharma, who by the way does not know anything about lower back pain, the insurance company is rejecting my husbands surgery. For some weird reason this doctor said that the back pain of my husband started 3 days earlier, while we even told him that the pain started on 24th of April. Our insurance started on 23th of April and on the 26th we went to see this doctor. Now the insurance company is saying the pain started on the 23th and therefore was before the insurance policy. Its all bullshit ofcourse, but thanks to this misinformation of this doctor my husband is not getting a surgery. He is getting worse and worse and cant even walk at the moment. Avoid Nextcare!!! Avoid this doctor!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with neck and shoulder pain and was referred to physio. Anu is amazing—super sweet and caring. She took the time to explain exactly why I was feeling the pain and gave me tips on how to prevent it. The tension in my shoulders was pretty bad, but she helped release it without just relying on the machines. I’m really grateful for her, especially since my shoulders are so much more relaxed now compared to the first session when the tightness made it hard to even massage the muscles

Negative experience: The services is very bad, it’s a first time I facing problems with aster clinic in business bay, it’s never happened before for whole 5 years which I coming there I’m waiting for a test result and call center or clinic was not able to provide a payment link, I was needed give 4 calls to the clinic and asked for a payment link , they just was repeating the same “someone will call you in 1 hour” and no one calls me , finally I manage to get a payment link after spending half day for fighting over a phone with a clinic, and after they said you will received result maximum by evening, on the evening I contacted clinic and they said I will received my result by tomorrow , since it’s need a 24 hours , should I die until I will get my test result or how the system at the clinic works?! You are very good in taking a payments , but before that you didn’t inform that test result can take way longer then expected and you need to spend your time and fight over a phone until someone will do any action, honestly I’m doubt that I even back to this clinic again , there many other good clinics which respect themself , even you have a good doctors your service and communication very poor

Fantastic experience: I was in Dubai in January this year for a holiday and needed to find a clinic to do a daily dressing change following a minor surgery I had. I was seen by a very nice doctor by the name of Dr. Basir Sajjad Bhat and he arranged for the nursing team to attend to the dressing change daily. Dr Basir personally checked on my wound whenever I came in and he and the nursing team were very pleasant, caring and professional. I must add that the staff at the reception were extremely nice as well!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and unorganized, from call centre to the staff and doctors I have called 3times following up my proscription, as dr is keep sending wrong information to the insurance and it’s keep getting declined Not that I don’t get any help at this point, requested to call back- received what’s app message saying I should deal with pharmacy directly- as I should bother clinic at this point??? Unbelievable, they just want to take your insurance money and no help or support or acknowledging them own mistakes at this point I would love some manager to give me a call at this point, as it’s been useless calling call centre all day, or even talking to the dr as he seems like has no idea what is he doing I had to call him and literally tell him what to put on the report (insurance agent told me ) in order to get approval , he is keep mentioning false information and commenting on my existing condition, that is nothing to deal with new condition just got recently

Negative experience: J would say that i had the worst medical experience in my life i went for a consultation and the doctor was so careless and not even attentive the consultation lasted 5min not the examination lasted 1 min and did not even know what i have exactly and gave me a prescription that has almost nothing to do with my symptoms and they dont even provide an ultra sound on place very disappointed and waist of money

Negative experience: Simply a thief medical operation. Unbelievably corrupt and incompetent medical team. They practically charged me 2200 AED and did not even give me my blood work results nor my scans results. They kept me in the Aster hospital from 12 midnight till 5:30 AM. No results given. (I could not have my business meeting the next day) They simply said their system gives error and no result can be given. It’s 5 days now still nothing. I could have lost my life due to their negligence. I’m reporting them to the UAE Royal family in person, so I can stop Aster of possibly killing people. Be very cautious. Very dangerous place.

Negative experience: Clinic closing time at 10 pm, I arrived at 8:45 pm so more than an hour before closing time but apparently the doctor is done for the day and isn’t accepting any other patient. Either put the proper operation timing or have a doctor available till closing time.
