Negative experience: I had a very bad experience in this clinic. I visited dr. Indu one month ago as I had a broken tooth with inflammation, after taking the medicine (that he informed it will not be effective) for one week visited him again and he advised to proceed with re root canal, the request has been submitted to the insurance and denied when I contacted the insurance they requested a medical report by an endodontist. I visited the clinic again as there was no response by the phone call to request the report. on the next day I received a certificate of attendance signed by him!! I submitted that certificate along with the x ray to insurance but they have denied the request citing that: “ We understand that you received treatment from a general dentist rather than an endodontist” I’m extremely disappointed, he wasted my time that I didn’t have. Hoping that delay doesn’t impact the inflammation. Zero star rate

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Maternity Experience with Dr. Usha I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Usha during my maternity visits. She was completely lacking in empathy and made me feel like I was just another file, not a human being. I told her I was feeling nauseous all day and asked if she could prescribe some medicine. She forgot to write the prescription entirely. When I returned a week later, she wasn’t available. I had to explain the situation to the nurses multiple times—only after the fourth or fifth time did they finally provide the medication. At my next appointment, rather than asking how I was feeling, she confronted me about why I had asked the nurses for help and began arguing with me. She even dismissed my symptoms, saying I wasn’t throwing up and therefore didn’t need nausea medicine. It was a horrible experience that left me feeling unheard and uncared for. I immediately changed my hospital network and started seeing a different doctor. I will never return to Aster Clinic and make sure none of my family and friends visit there ever again and do not recommend her to anyone seeking respectful and compassionate maternity care.

Fantastic experience: I go there to see ENT Dr Carmen Chiron. She is brilliant. Reception staff is friendly. Nurse could have been more gentle. I had a bruise after she took the blood sample! Parking is easy l, next to the clinic is an Aster pharmacy. I hope Dr Carmen comes back as a visiting doctor to Aster Royal in Ranches Souk. This is where we initially met her the first time.

Positive experience: Good experience and I became fine Elhamdullah however I felt like they're focusing on doing up selling instead of seeking the customer satisfaction. As I have insurance and it was my first time in aster, they didn't tell me if the session is covered by the insurance or not.. I was shocked at the cashier that non are covered except the medicine. I recommend to explain every details to the customers at the beginning instead of putting people in an embarrassed situations. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Aster Clinic Tecom branch. The staff was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. Deepa, who took my blood sample, was very kind and accommodating, making the process smooth and comfortable. Hari, who handled my X-ray, was also very professional and friendly. My doctor, Dr. Pooja Manoj, was excellent—thorough, kind, and reassuring throughout my consultation. However, I did notice that the person who assisted me with the nebulization was not very accommodating. She appeared strict and didn’t smile, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. I didn’t catch her name, but she were stationed at the nurses’ area and handled my nebulization request. Overall, I appreciate the great service from most of the staff and would recommend this clinic for their professionalism and care.

The Doctor was very approachable, and explained everything thoroughly.
