Negative experience: Wallah, worst experience ever! The guy in the call centre Juwani so rude and disrespectful on the phone. I was just asking simple questions and he couldn’t even answer properly. Full attitude, like I’m disturbing him or something! But when I went to the clinic, he suddenly acting all sweet and professional in front of others. Ya3ni, what is this two-face drama? You’re not fooling anyone. If you don’t know how to talk to people, you shouldn’t be working in customer service! This clinic seriously needs to train their staff on how to deal with people. I’m not coming back, khalas. Big disappointment.

Fantastic experience: I waited 4 weeks before writing this review — just to see the results, and I can say: Central Clinic is truly the best! I had my tooth filling, pasta, and cleaning done on May 27, and everything is still perfect up to now. No pain, no issues — just clean and healthy teeth! ✨ Dr. Sana, my Indian dentist, is super friendly, professional, and caring. Thank you so much, doc! And of course, a big thanks to her pretty and sweet assistant Miss Mira babe — you two make a great team! ‍⚕️ Even gave me a discount — super appreciated! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I had my braces installation last Jan 15 this year at this Clinic with Dr.Punit,and this is my 4th adjustment now,he is so gentle in handling his client that's why I recommend him to my friend and she also love how he gentle he handle the installation and cleaning and the staff also are so friendly,smiling and sweet.

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 3 PM (17th of June 2025), but the doctor/dentist was not even in the clinic at this time. This is not the first time this happened and it is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. If i have to wait 5 or 10 minutes fine, but after 20 minutes, after asking, they informed us that the dentist has not even arrived yet. I am not waiting 1 hour or more, because what is the point in making an appointment in the first place if you will not honor it.... They have lost several customers today. Never going back there!

Negative experience: I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I visited the clinic for a routine teeth cleaning and was clearly told the price would be between 69 AED to 119 AED. However, once I got there, the dentist said my teeth were in “bad condition” and ended up charging me 200 AED — without any proper explanation or asking for approval beforehand. Yes, the doctor and nurses were polite and treated me nicely, which I truly appreciate. But I didn’t notice any special treatment or advanced procedure that would justify almost double the expected price. I felt caught off guard and misled. It’s not about the money — it’s about trust and transparency. I hope the clinic starts being more honest and upfront with their patients about pricing. I walked in expecting a professional experience and left feeling taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: I had my root canal done with great expertise by Dr. Aswathy Boban at Central Clinic, Abu Dhabi. Because of her and the nurse assisting her, my horrible toothache was completely cured. Many thanks to this clinic and their staff.

You can feel his professionality which can make you trust him and not be afraid of the operation. One of his personality that I like the most was he is very respondent. Positive experience: They asked me to arrive 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I got there before 7 a.m.,and no one greeted me, only the cleaning staff, which made me feel unwelcome. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes before I could start with the dentist. Fortunately, the doctor was good.

Negative experience: One of the worst clinics I’ve ever dealt with. Dr. Punit is rarely available, and even when an appointment is scheduled, it’s often cancelled at the last minute with unconvincing excuses. I waited over a week just to secure a slot, only to be told on the day of the appointment that their dental chair was broken. (BTW this was was my second appointment request) This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. If you value your time, energy, and well-being, I strongly advise avoiding this clinic. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for proper care.
