I‘ve tried a lot of different clinic in Dubai and all the time the hair came back after 1 month. With BellaViso Medical Center I‘ve had 8 sessions in total and I am completely hair- free since months. Their machine is amazing and really up to date. Negative experience: I would like to make a complaint about the dentist who removed my braces. She was very angry during the procedure and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Despite my having an infection, swelling, and pain in my gums, she told me to hold my tongue and "control my salivation." She also stated openly that she doesn’t have patience and even threatened to stop the treatment midway. I found her behavior extremely upsetting and unacceptable. What’s more disappointing is that I had recently recommended her to my colleagues—one of whom started putting braces at your clinic just three months ago. After this experience, I truly regret doing so.

Negative experience: I used to like Bella Viso, but sadly their service has gone downhill. Therapists are constantly overbooked, and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment with the person you want — even after waiting for weeks. Communication is extremely unorganized, with multiple different WhatsApp numbers contacting you, making it confusing and frustrating. On top of that, they cancel appointments without informing you and prioritize other clients instead. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday at 9 PM, and while I was just checking if it could be rescheduled, they canceled it without telling me and gave it away to someone else. How are others on wait lists and not us ? For a place that claims to value its clients, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I paid for a 6-session laser treatment package. I've never received such unprofessional treatment. I arrived on time for my appointment and was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. When I walked in, I told the specialist it’s my first time she wasn't even interested in explaining things to me. She was very arrogant and showed zero customer service or empathy. After 10 minutes, she told me, "You have to go, my other client has arrived." "Really?" "At least let me get dressed." I hadn't even finished dressing when the other client was already inside. A very unpleasant experience. I felt mistreated.

The waiting time was only 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr Mohanned Alkhofash, very decent person. Go and check out Bella Viso Medical Center in Dubai near the Mall of Emirates in Al Barsha. It is worth it and it is for a good price.

Negative experience: Hooda, one of the employees, treated me with no respect. After the incident, she kept passing back and forth, giving me an unpleasant, almost hostile look, as if I had done something to her. To make matters worse, the management hasn’t taken any action about it — at least not to my knowledge.
