Negative experience: I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service at your clinic. Appointments are consistently delayed, and I’m never seen on time. Additionally, I booked a laser session for a specific device but was surprised to find a different machine used without notice. The regular Candela laser also seems ineffective and has shown no results.

Trishi helped me in the reception for booking my meetings and guide me . Dr. Nada did my Hair treatment ( ERB) and gave a full advice for me to get benefits from the procedure. Amazing staff , amazing service.

Negative experience: They can’t even afford a laser veneer remover. After making so much money they should be able to afford laser for veneer removal and numbing gel before anesthesia

Negative experience: They damaged my teeth and I got jaw pain it’s terrible. Veneers get discolored for some reason and the shape is not even same. I’m dealing with jaw pain and sensitivity since a month now. They also took almost 2 months for this procedure which is terrible because I had to travel soon.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with the safa branch. I went to do my dentist job done . They promised me it would be done in 10 days at first. Because I had an important event coming up and wanted to complete the process within 10 days . Once I paid full payment and left the branch, they called me to tell me I had the first appointment after 6 days .. and it will take another minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for a complete treatment . They made a false promise at first . .so many times I have called them to refund my money but they keep taking my complaint on call centre but no one is reverting back . Finally I decided to go to their branch to collect my money back . And the branch manager is telling me we can't give your money. This is ridiculous. They made me sign a refund from also but still didn't refund my money back .. I hope the owners of this clinic get this msg and resolve this issue ASAP.

Negative experience: Worst center, they damaged my teeth. Worst experience . Don’t you ever try their veneers all this ads & promotion is misleading. Long time to make veneer and low quality easy to break I came three times to changes some time they charged me .NOT RECOMMENDED For any one to visit

Negative experience: Very bad experience, i called call center for an laser appointment, when i came, I waited 50 minutes later they told me there is no appointment booked under my name. There was no receptionist except one who is doing all the work will there was 5-7 customers waiting to register and pay. I don't recommend at all very bad experience. Lost time and money.

Negative experience: One of my worst experiences at this clinic the clinic doesn’t have excess to there systems I paid for 3 laser sessions and they keep telling me no you didn’t I have proofs and everything plus they don’t even speak properly they should change there management because I never saw a worst management like this clinic the call center lady didn’t solve any of my problem instead she kept saying I don’t know I don’t have excess to the system then why are you working if you guys don’t know anything am sorry but I need my money back or things are going to other level

Negative experience: The worst customer service and the worst appointment management center, this happened to me more than 3 times. I book with then a specific timing and then the specialist calls me with no coordination with the receptionist and asks me to come early by 2hours from the suggested appointment and after she tells me please and i have to leave work by that time and keep in mind different technicians will handle you each time even though you request a specific technician. When I came at the amended appointment I wait for 45 min!!! Talking about time management!! This is really bad for the amount of service charge they take
