Fantastic experience: I visited ICDE with my daughter and both of us received excellent care from Dr. Alaa Albanaa and Dr. Sandi El Niwairi the hygienist. Not to mention the great reception staff as well who were very helpful and nice!

Negative experience: This Clinic is not good. My wife had her teeth implanted in this clinic and they broke more than four times, the teeth implant quality is not that good apparently they chose the cheapest in the market. Otherwise, why would the teeth broke more than four times and they have to be replaced? They told her that it's because she's eating hard stuff, she was eating fruit and the teeth still broke apparently fruit are considered hard.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, one of the best dental clinics I've ever visited. I’ve been to four different dentists before, but Dr. George was the only one who truly made me feel comfortable and clearly explained my condition in a simple, easy way without complicating things. This was actually my second visit to him, and again he showed great care and attention. He even left his office and personally walked with me to the imaging room to see the X-ray and explain everything step by step, such dedication is rare to find in a doctor. I also want to mention Ahmed Mogazy at the reception, such a helpful and kind person. He always welcomes you with a smile and makes sure you get the support you need without ever seeming bothered or rushed. Today, because I was in so much pain and needed an urgent appointment, Ahmed was the one who arranged my slot and made sure I could see the doctor as soon as possible. My mother is also a patient here and always speaks highly of him, always saying how respectful and helpful he is. she’s an elderly Emirati lady and feels truly comfortable because of his kind attitude. Honestly, I used to always accompany her just to make sure everything went smoothly, but with Ahmed there, I feel completely at ease even if she goes on her own. Even though my appointment was added last minute due to my emergency case, I didn’t wait long at all and was seen exactly on time. I really appreciate how they respect patients’ time and take emergencies seriously. Dr. George also gave me a clear treatment plan and helped ease my pain during the visit, I truly felt cared for. The clinic is clean, calm, and welcoming. The whole team is professional and polite. It’s rare that I write such detailed reviews, but they truly deserve it. Highly recommended

Mahmoud and Zina greeted me with warmth that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Hashem is intelligent, perceptive, and he and his assistant Alex handled my emergency with such calm skill that I actually fell asleep during a root canal. The next day, Sandi and Lawrence gave me the gentlest, most thorough cleaning I’ve had. Every visit has been smooth, stress free, and filled with genuine care. As a new expat, it meant the world to walk into a clinic and feel completely understood, supported, and safe. They even laughed at my jokes and that’s a 6 star review in my book. Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at ICDE for years, placing blind trust in their doctors, assuming they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, that trust led to long-term damage. They performed unnecessary procedures and did fillings that were far too large for the actual cavities, which ended up compromising the structure of my teeth. I’m now in a position where I need to have everything redone. For a long time, I endured pain and avoided seeing any dentist out of fear and distrust caused by this experience. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Be cautious

Negative experience: Year update: polishing is not part of their cleaning and you have to pay extra for it. I have a friend who paid out of pocket for polishing as that is also what she is also used to getting every 6 months for a general cleaning, and six months later when she was scheduling and in for her next cleaning they said since she had gotten that deep cleaning previously insurance won’t even cover a basic cleaning until it’s a year from the “deep cleaning”. However, I personally went for a cleaning and didn’t see any dentist as I was told My consultation with a dentist was already used up 4 months prior - so no dentist checked my teeth after my cleaning. I also got x-rays and no dentist was able to view them and confirm whether I did or didn’t have any problems. I then asked if anyone was going to tell me since the hygienist couldn’t and she said someone would call me and then two weeks later, I ended up calling myself and even then I think a receptionist told me nothing was wrong (speculation on my part but the same person that answered told me). I then went in six months later for a cleaning and dental check up and I was then told that I had a filling chipped and when I was asking what the estimated cost would be when trying to plan an appointment to get it fixed they told me there was absolutely no way to predict how much it would cost. I’m a nurse and I know procedures can often go not as expected but that fact they couldn’t even give me a ballpark reference for how much fixing a chipped filling might be was unbelievable. Now going to pay out of pocket in America on a trip home for this to be fixed. All the while I wonder if in my first x-ray this was visible and no one had said anything/seen it. Dr. Shuaib Khaderi, Dr. Deepti, were helpful and am looking forward to coming back. Another dentist in AUH, not at ICDE, had given me a hard experience, but now I feel so at ease and well taken care of and in good hands.
