Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital and feel compelled to share it so others can make informed decisions. First, we were forced to pay the full amount in cash during a medical emergency, and despite hospital policies that suggest discounts are available for such cases, our request for a discount was denied without any valid explanation. Second, a prescribed injection was not used because the patient showed signs of an allergic reaction. Even though the medication was returned unused, our request for a refund was also refused. This felt both unfair and insensitive, especially given the circumstances. Overall, the billing process felt exploitative, and the service lacked empathy. For a place that's supposed to care for people in their most vulnerable moments, this was a deeply frustrating and disheartening experience. I do not recommend this hospital to others based on the lack of transparency, poor patient support, and unreasonable billing practices.

Negative experience: Extremely bad service. I had experience twice once I took the appointment from the hospital for the same day Eye specialist and booked a taxi to go to clinic. I reached the clinic within 5 minutes and counter staff informed that the Eye specialist doctor is left despite knowing there is a patient on the way for the check up Date 27 June 2025 time 11:00 am. Another incident happened some two months ago I went into emergency room coz I was having severe cramps in my stomach that I was not able to stand even. The doctor came examined me but then nothing they left me alone on the bed and they were trying to sort out the insurance first. They asked for contact number and EID insurance number and kept trying to get the insurance details first while the patient is crying on the bed. Finally I took my ID back and went to another hospital. If required I can provide dates and time for the reference.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this Clinic. Due to the doctor’s negligence and lack of proper assessment, my daughter’s condition was misdiagnosed, which unfortunately led to a serious case of pneumonia. What could have been addressed earlier was overlooked, and this caused unnecessary suffering and stress for our family. I expected more diligence and care from a healthcare facility. This experience has left me deeply concerned about the clinic’s efficiency and professionalism.

Negative experience: Dear, Thank you for the good service overall. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at the payment counter. During my visit, my payment transaction was not yet completed, but the cashier stood up and seemed rushed right after tapping my card. He was trying to talk to a colleague and appeared to be in a hurry to leave. I still had a question and was asking about the next steps, but he started leaving before finishing the transaction or addressing my concerns. Shortly after, I saw him leaving the clinic. As a first-time customer, I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s important to complete the necessary procedures and respond to customer questions before leaving, especially when the customer may need additional guidance. I hope this feedback helps improve the service so that future customers don’t have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this won’t happen again.

Negative experience: Very disappointing and unhelpful experience I visited Dr. Mohammad Hossein at Al Noor Clinic to discuss some health concerns, including fatigue and suspected vitamin deficiencies. I asked for basic blood tests (CBC, iron, vitamin panel), which I know are covered by my insurance. However, instead of trying to help or even verifying with the insurance, the doctor simply refused and said they won’t be covered – without any effort to check or support. I had already spoken to my insurance and confirmed the tests are covered with a doctor’s prescription. Unfortunately, Dr. Mohammad Hossein was dismissive and unwilling to assist, which made the whole experience very frustrating. I also showed him a skin condition on my legs, which I had previously treated with a specific cream prescribed by another doctor at the same clinic. I asked for a refill, clearly explaining that one tube wouldn’t be enough, but he again refused without offering any helpful alternative. It felt like he didn’t want to help at all. I honestly wondered if he was working for the insurance company instead of helping his patients. I left very disappointed and don’t recommend him based on my experience.

Negative experience: After receiving a referral from the GP and obtaining prior approval from the insurance provider to consult a dermatologist, I was unexpectedly denied an appointment by the receptionist at the insurance counter. I was informed that dermatology consultations are not covered under our insurance, and I was advised to proceed with a paid consultation of AED 200—despite receiving a confirmation message from the insurance indicating that the claim had been approved. As a result of this miscommunication, I was unable to proceed with the consultation and am now compelled to seek treatment at a different clinic. This experience was especially disappointing, as I am a regular visitor to Rashidiya & Ghusais Clinic for various consultations and treatments, and have generally had positive experiences in the past. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future and to ensure clarity in the coordination between the clinic and insurance desk.

Negative experience: Hospital service and treatment are good overall. However, we're very frustrated that there are no walk-in slots available. My friend is experiencing severe leg pain and has been trying to get an appointment by following up, but the hospital staff hasn't provided one. It's really disappointing and stressful for us, especially given the urgency of her condition. We hope the system can be improved to accommodate urgent cases more effectively.

Negative experience: I consulted Dr. Khadija on 22nd April 2025 and wanted to meet her next day also to show my reports and get an advise but she was not available that day and reception guy ask me to meet Dr.Muhammed Chowdhry for the follow up. when the Doctor (Dr.Muhammed Chowdhry) came to know that I was not his patient and had come for a follow up, He started to blame the Nurse as he was given a follow up patient of another Doctor but I was so disappointed see his face and behavior as such behavior not only violates the ethical standards of the profession but also erodes public trust in healthcare systems. A doctor’s duty is to serve life first, and when that principle is compromised, it’s a betrayal of the oath they take and the people they are meant to protect. internal issues within a hospital, clinic, or medical team should never affect patient care. Patients come seeking help, often in vulnerable and distressing situations, and it is unethical and unprofessional to let administrative disputes, financial concerns, or interpersonal conflicts among staff compromise their treatment.
