Negative experience: Unfortunately my recent experience in the JLT branch was extremely disappointing to say the least. Dr. Tania was extremely rude and unprofessional in her way of communication and display of behaviour. I have never encountered such behaviour from a Doctor. The experience of a patient should be made to feel comfortable, welcoming, and safe. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. The dentist started drilling without anesthesia and tried to dismiss my pain by saying it was just a small cavity. I had to insist multiple times to get numb, and I still felt pain during the procedure. He ignored my signals to stop. I also clearly asked for both cleaning and cavity filling, but he only applied for the cavity through insurance and claimed he misunderstood. I had to push for 5 minutes just to get both done in the same visit. Unprofessional, dismissive and not worth the stress, wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: I came from far just to visit the clinic for a follow-up check-up. I booked the appointment yesterday, but when I arrived today, they told us the system has not been working properly since this morning. They didn’t even call or inform us that there would be a system outage. Now my visit has been wasted, and they just told me they will call me again once the system is back up.

Fantastic experience: Went here with a severe stomach problem in the middle of the night, I unfortunately wasn’t able to get the doctor and nurses name however they took good care of me. I would like to give a shout out to the pharmacist Ms. Jomol… I think that’s her name. Negative experience: I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I experienced at your Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) branch during my recent visit. 1. Insurance and Payment Miscommunication: I visited the clinic for a blood test that was not approved by my insurance. At the time, I clearly requested that if the test was not covered, someone should contact me so I could come in and make the payment. However, no one called to inform me. As a result, I had to return to the clinic after one hour myself just to pay for the test, which caused delays in processing the results that were urgently needed. 2. Call Center Mishandling: I called your call center twice to inquire about my results: • The first time, I was told the clinic would call me — no one ever did. • The second time, the agent gave me the wrong patient name, told me the results weren’t ready, and again said the clinic would call — which never happened. 3. Delayed Appointment Time: My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM, but I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 2:20 PM, which reflects a lack of proper scheduling and consideration for patients’ time. On top the app doesn’t work and is not updated with my visit or test This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent medical needs. I respectfully request that my results be prioritized and shared with me immediately, and that you investigate the lack of communication and mismanagement that occurred. I am writing to file an additional complaint regarding the same visit to your Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) branch, as the mishandling of my case continued even after my initial concerns. After I visited the clinic at 3:00 PM and paid the full amount in person, clearly informing the staff that I did not wish to wait for insurance approval, I was shocked to receive a call at 9:00 PM stating that the insurance had approved the test and they would now proceed with my request. This demonstrates a complete lack of internal communication and disregard for patient instructions. I made it clear that I needed the results urgently and was willing to pay in full to avoid delays — and yet, my request was ignored, and valuable time was wasted for no reason. This follow-up incident, in addition to the issues I’ve already reported, reflects serious inefficiencies in your administrative process. I request that this matter be escalated and that I receive both my results without further delay and a formal explanation of why this repeated miscommunication occurred.

Negative experience: There is only 1 GP doctor on duty in such a big clinic The wait time is too long always even incase of an emergency I came with my husband who had a flue, cough and fever the doctor dint even examine him withe a stethoscope or anything just prescribed meds, a pharmacist could do the same.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. I had an appointment with the doctor at 4:45 PM. I arrived a little more than 5 minutes early, gave my ID, and paid at reception. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked what was going on. That’s when the receptionist/manager informed me that they hadn’t even opened my file. I waited another 20 minutes before deciding to leave, but was told the doctor would see me in 5 minutes. I waited 10 more—still nothing. I got up to leave again, and they told me the doctor was calling me at that exact moment. I followed the receptionist to the room, only to find the doctor still with another patient. She asked me to sit and wait another 10 minutes for that consultation to finish. Absolutely not. I left. No consultation. Wasted 1 hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time. This was completely disrespectful of my time. Unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Very good place, and the doctors are really great, especially Dr. GURNAM SINGH GIRNIWALE who is indeed a great doctor, very knowledgeable, very helpful, humane and kind. Fantastic experience: Aster JLT is amazing for their service and quick availability for all queries and doctor appointments. We recently had an emergency where my father on tourist visa had a leg injury and Mr. Yasin was extremely helpful empathetic and supported us a lot. We felt cared for a lot and required some additional support for smooth airport clearance to fly back to India. Yasin was responsive quick and always called to check if we had the needful. He along with the availability and quick support from Dr.Sushan made a big difference in our experience.

Negative experience: Senior dentist absolutely ruined my 4 teeth. Poor and expensive job on them cause cavities and serious problems just 1 year later. And this place was recommended jesus christ. I went to fix it in royal crown dental clinic next to the airport. The difference is visible with a naked eye.

Negative experience: I recently had an experience at a clinic where the lady with the needle completely stirred up my dad's blood, and it turned what should have been a simple procedure into a highly unpleasant one. From the moment she began, it was clear that she wasn’t very careful or experienced. She fumbled with the needle, causing my dad some unnecessary discomfort. Instead of a smooth, quick process, it felt rushed and uncoordinated, making the whole experience stressful for both of us. As she attempted to draw his blood, there was a lot of poking around, and my dad started to feel lightheaded. The way she handled the needle seemed to agitate his veins, and the entire ordeal left him feeling shaken. It wasn’t just the physical discomfort, but the lack of professionalism that added to the frustration. We expected a calm, efficient procedure, but instead, it turned into an unnecessarily difficult situation. I understand that drawing blood can sometimes be tricky, but there was no empathy or explanation along the way. It left us feeling like we were just another patient to get through rather than being cared for properly. Hopefully, others have a smoother experience, but unfortunately, this one was far from pleasant.

Fantastic experience: This review for Dr Samith Alva (Specialist Pediatrics) one of the best doctors, I have been visiting him for my son since close to 3 years now. He is just amazing, very experienced, explains us the problem easily, is also very hospitable and it’s so easy to reach him even off working hours and he is always helpful. When we have kids we are always tensed, but having Dr Samith is comfort, Cz he is available to help us when in need and to give the best and safe treatment for my baby.

From the moment I walked in, the Dr Rameela made me feel welcome and comfortable.She was quite friendly answering all my questions about the procedures.
