Fantastic experience: I am going to Aster Clinic Barsha for most of my consults - - especially for my skin. I have been using a lot of treatments and skincare but nothing really helped my acne. Thankfully Dr Joe has really worked wonders on my skin, within 3 months I was acne free and it has been 5 months now and my pores are smaller with minimal skincare products. He really understands the needs of his patient and makes sure everything is with the patient's best interest. I recommend Dr Joe for a very simple long lasting treatment to address your skin problems

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Seema Shyam Kamath, a gynecologist. I am her patient since 2021. She managed both of my pregnancies and performed two C-sections. Dr. Seema Shyam Kamath is a true professional, and most importantly, she is very gentle and polite(like a mother) in her approach to pregnancy care, which is especially important to me during such an emotionally sensitive time.

Negative experience: Horrible clinic! Just want to make money and horrible service. They couldn’t even administer an injection referred by another doctor (since I was traveling). Later I went to prime medical center and felt such a huge difference.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience during my pregnancy under Dr. Seema’s care. I was dealing with some palpitations and other minor concerns, but during every visit, she kept saying I had a “heart problem,” which was quite distressing. As a doctor, I believe it’s important to use appropriate and sensitive language—especially with pregnant patients. Her choice of words created unnecessary anxiety during what should have been a positive time. Additionally, for my last visit, I was not informed that my insurance would not cover the consultation and had to pay out of pocket unexpectedly. It felt more like a money-making setup than genuine care. I hope the clinic improves communication and handles patients with more empathy in the future.

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with Aster. After making the online payment for my MRI on April 14th, I waited several days with no call. When I called, I was repeatedly told to “wait for a call,” but no one ever followed up. I also tried to reschedule my appointment several times, but again, I was told to “wait for a call” each time, with no resolution. This was especially upsetting since I was in pain and needed the MRI urgently. I couldn’t even go elsewhere because I had already made the payment. It took almost two weeks just to get the MRI, and now I’m still waiting for the results, which I was told would be ready in 3 days. As a paying customer, I expect better service and timely communication. This has been extremely disappointing.

Negative experience: I recently visited Aster Medical Center, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing quality care. The waiting times were excessively long, even though I had an appointment, and the communication between staff members was poor. I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. The facilities, while clean, did not make up for the lack of attention to patient needs. I expected much better service from a place of this reputation. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others.

Scheduling an appointment is so easy as the aster app makes everything continent even coming to see the doctor without an appointment is hassle free. Dr does consistent follow ups as it’s almost time for your next appointment. Receptionist upon arrival are always helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Akhila Anil was the nurse who attended to me, and I must say, she was absolutely excellent in her job—especially when it came to inserting the IV. She was so skilled that I barely felt a thing; her technique was swift, precise, and completely painless. It was clear that she truly knows her craft, and her expertise made all the difference. I was genuinely happy and relieved that she was the one taking care of me.

Negative experience: This is one of the shittiest clinics/Labs in the world and i dont recommend it at all, service 0, communication 0, my wife did a test and waited 18 days for the result while shes in too much pain, after 18 days they call her and say they want another sample ( i dunno why i bet they lost it ) so she went back and gave another sample.... and now after 1 week from the second sample (18 days + 1 week ) we called them again and again to ask for the result they reply by ( we should wait another 18 days ) so thats 36 days for 1 test, and when you ask them why? They only reply by ( its from the lab ).... its shitty AF, its really shitty, vague, and i dunno who to adress but this is definitely one of the worst clinics and the ministry of health should know about this ASAP.

She handled our appointment and transactions smoothly and quickly without delay. The nurses were also gentle and attentive from taking the vitals. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional team working in front desk. Very rude, 0 customer service experience. The insurance claim team takes more than 30 minutes to submit a request for approval. Even though there are literally 7 people in the clinic and not all of them yet saw a doctor. Why does the submission for approval take a long time? Thus, it is not the first time i have been waiting for this long. I left the clinic at 12:53 pm. Without doing the test, every visit of mine, they say that the system is not working, but it's not like always the system does not work. But the guy who sits at the PCR counter is rude and not helpful at all. Management, please train your team better. I came to this clinic for years in the old location, and the service was much better. After moving to a new location, customer service became so bad !!!
