Fantastic experience: I visited the aster Barsha today and Ms Feba Raju is very helpful nature. She guided me and I had very great experience.

Negative experience: First of all they will charge you 10dhs apart from consultation charges and when i asked them If the patient is a new admit there is like a membership fee and its not payable for any further visits. They literally scam people for cash and they think that the patients should go there as a season pass. Not at all fair

Negative experience: Very Slow process. Either they will blame insurance for the cause of their inefficiency or they are plain slow with their internal process. We had visited again after insurance approval for 2 days but once in the clinic it took us another 2 hours for consultation and vaccination.

Negative experience: ⭐ Review for Aster Clinic, Al Barsha 1 I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist, WARSHA. Earlier, I had already made a cash payment, but when I asked about my change (after waiting for over an hour), she repeatedly asked if I could pay by card instead. When I inquired about how long it would take to return my change, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, with a sarcastic smile on her face. This behavior felt unprofessional and unpleasant, especially when I was simply following up on money I had already paid. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that patients are treated with more respect and courtesy.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with the Dr Shahid: the dentist is highly skilled, very professional, reassuring throughout the treatment and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His nurse Arunima is also wonderful – caring, attentive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Negative experience: Because of Reception and nursing staff I am giving this rating. If you enter clinic you are bound to sit for 2 hours. I know it’s a busy clinic but still even patient time is also important we are stuck because of doctors. Kindly improve.

Negative experience: Attitude of front desk is so unprofessional, especially the office manager feba. They can't even a handle little complicated situations properly. They start lying and put the mistake on patients. And most importantly when you keep asking the reason of mistake from one staff the other staffs come fighting, so unprofessional. I think aster need to give customer training before they hire somebody, especially train them that when something goes wrong from their end, they have to resolve it till the end, not lie to customers, and push them to other branches. But very unprofessional.

They don’t even look at you while replying and been so arrogant and frustrating . , one year back they have good staffs when visited . Current staff seem to be careless about how a patient feel and don’t even bothered when I had to walk out .. they charge for first time visit when I had already visited the clinic earlier .. the attitude of the receptionist was totally unacceptable

Negative experience: I had been waiting for this ultrasound appointment for two weeks. I am experiencing breast pain, which the doctor is aware of. I was only 8 minutes late due to the parking lot being completely full. However, the front desk staff, a Filipina, rudely refused to accept me for my appointment. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when it concerns health. Patients deserve respect, even if they are slightly late.

Negative experience: Aster clinic have common phone number for all locations. So I was making appointment in Al Barsha. I was calling twice and asking about ultrasound, they say we are doing, so I booked. Come to clinic, spending my time and thanks god I’m asking again and answer is no, we don’t DO ULTRASOUND HERE! very disappointed waiting my time !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Aster Al Barsha for the past few months for my ongoing pains, and I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional care from the whole team. Dr. Aysh (Physio) has been patient and skilled in guiding my recovery, Dr. Aditya (GP) is thorough and reassuring, and Dr. Seema (OB-Gyne) is kind and empathetic, always making me feel at ease. Nurse Armie’s warmth and attentiveness, along with Ms. Feba’s welcoming and helpful support, have made every visit smooth and comforting. Dealing with a diagnosis while being far from family can be difficult, but it is truly a blessing to find physicians and staff who not only know their craft but also genuinely care — and here, I’ve found exactly that.

Negative experience: I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received at Aster, specifically regarding the interpretation of my lab results. The main issue is that I was forced to pay again simply because the available doctor had a different specialty than the one who ordered the labs. Here are some key points that highlight the problem: 1. Just because the doctor available to interpret my labs had a different specialty, I was charged again. This seems unnecessary and unfair. 2. The doctors involved in my care, often do not have the same schedule, which adds to the inconvenience. 3. Patients visit the clinic at times that suit them, not just when the specific examining doctor is available. It's unreasonable to expect patients to adjust their schedules to match the doctors'. 4. There are medical records in place for a reason. A GP should be able to read the notes of an internal medicine doctor and provide an interpretation of the labs without additional charges. It's disappointing that Aster does not utilize their medical records effectively to ensure seamless and cost-efficient care for their patients. Until they address this issue, I would not recommend their services.

Negative experience: Very bad clinic that I highly don’t recommend I’m a medical person and I went to the GP doctor and requested a specific blood tests he put more tests just to take more money that I didn’t request even and the CSE reception staff behavior is so very bad their way of talk is condescending way of speaking I’m a specialist doctor and they treat me like this !!!!!what about normal people?!!!!!

Negative experience: A Terrible Experience at Clinic Astor Al Barsha Branch I had one of the worst experiences ever at Clinic Astor, Al Barsha branch. The staff and reception were extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. I had to visit the clinic three times just to get a simple consultation. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay twice just to be able to meet the doctor and get a prescription written. The process was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. This is a clinic I will never return to, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. This was truly a disappointing and stressful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Negative experience: Hi No one cares and responsible for the car damage even it's in allocated aster parking. We have parked car in aster allocated parking and someone hit the car. We requested to show the camera but blaming game was there. Security says it's aster parking they can help and aster team says we provide parking only. We are not responsible for anything. This is how it works here and this is the management.
