Negative experience: I was having a operation in cosmetic clinic with dr. kholoud and dr.imad and unfortunately it didn’t happen because the doctor told me I couldn’t do it because of my health, and i was in the reception and one of them asked me if i have tabby and i said yes i have , then she took my phone ( to see if the tabby is working or no ) , then she did the paiement by her self without me knowing (then i said that i’ll not make it as a problem), and regarding my operation as i said it didn’t happen, so now I NEED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DID NOT DO THE OPERATION AND I ALREADY PAID WITH TABBY !!, And i already told them about my problem and they did nothing about it!!!! And tell now i am waiting for the reception to send me the letter to contact with tabby!!!

Negative experience: i've visited the clinic.. my appointment was at 2 but they made me wait very long time for dr consultation and more then one hour for facial and then i was not happy with the hydrafacial at all.. the lady was very moody and didnt do her work properly and i didnt see any difference at all !! all stuff are so moody and not responding .. i spent 2 and half hour there just for a 20 mins facial and less then 5 mins booster which was so painful and dr said its not painful at all and they didnt even apply cream for the pain of injection.. NOT RECOMENDED if your time is important to you

Negative experience: My experience at Noor Al Mamzer Medical Centre has been extremely disappointing due to misleading pricing, poor follow-up care, long waiting times, and unprofessional staff. Although I paid AED 6,000 for a balloon procedure, the cost did not include essential services like medication or IV drips for emergency, which were charged separately. Follow-ups were ineffective as I couldn’t see the same doctor, and appointments were poorly managed with long wait times and unhelpful reception staff. Complaints were ignored, and there is a clear lack of care or accountability. Negative experience: I haven’t even had a chance to visit the establishment and I’ve already blocked their phone number. I saw their ad on Facebook and requested extra info on WhatsApp. Instead of replying properly on Whatsapp, they decided to spam my phone at all hours of the day every single day despite my explicit request to STOP CALLING ME which still didn’t work! I’ve just had to block their number.

Unfortunately, the results weren't long-lasting for grey hair - it didn't completely cover them, and the effects wore off after a few months, with black hair growing back. Maybe not the best option for those with significant grey hair.

Negative experience: My mom recently visited a clinic for the first time and paid through Tabby installments. The total package was around 3,700 AED, and she paid the first installment of 647 AED. During her first visit, everything seemed fine, and the doctors asked her to return after one week. When she went back for the second visit, the doctors told her they didn’t have the required materials or equipment. This was shocking—how can a big clinic not have the necessary supplies? The procedures she was supposed to get done were fillers, Botox, and double chin treatment. But they didn’t do anything, and the staff and doctors were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My mom tried to explain her situation—her mother (my grandmother) had a heart attack and was hospitalized, and she herself had just recovered from a minor heart attack. She told them she had a flight back to Pakistan that day, but the staff and doctors showed zero empathy. One even commented, “Oh, you’re Pakistani,” as if that justified their rude behavior. It was extremely offensive. Despite her paying the first installment, the clinic refused to offer a refund or reschedule. She also complained to Tabby, but they said the issue would be resolved by the clinic. My mom even said she would call the police, and they rudely replied, “Call whoever you want.” This is not just about money—it’s about how patients are treated with such disrespect, especially when they are going through personal and medical crises. My mom was not asking for charity; she paid for a service and was treated terribly in return. I hope my mother payment will also return

The most important thing I noticed was the general cleanliness of the clinic and the specialist was very kind. Even the employees dealt nicely with the customers.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at Noor Al Mamzar Clinic. I did my filler there five months ago, and unfortunately, the doctor injected it incorrectly. I’ve been trying to get my advance payment refunded, but despite many messages, they have completely ignored me. They are highly unprofessional — they didn’t even give me a proper bill from the cash counter. Instead, they took money inside the treatment room, which raises questions about their billing practices. The doctor also did not apply anesthesia before the filler; instead, the receptionist applied it — which is very unsafe and unacceptable. This kind of mismanagement and careless treatment can seriously harm someone. It seems like they only care about taking money, not the patient’s well-being. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Negative experience: I highly don’t recommend it. I went for a consultation for a smart capsule and the doctors made it feel like a piece of cake, no one had told me about the side effects of the procedure nor were they transparent about it. I asked a few times and they kept repeating that it’s an easy procedure and only takes three days recovery. Whenever I call them to complain they tell me to come to the clinic to ask for extra money for iv drips or silly procedures. I got so scammed and I don’t recommend the smart capsule procedure especially if you’re not that fat. They didn’t tell me that I don’t need it, although they knew that my case is so mild.

Negative experience: I went to do a certain procedure there and I paid around AED 7k to lose the fat which was a fake procedure and had no changes whatsoever not even a slight fat loss, I got nothing but a bruise for 2 weeks and pain. Totally unprofessional and the worst customer service ever, they will answer your calls but you will never find a solution and after they take the money they will just avoid your calls and won’t serve you again

The doctor who did the surgery left and they can't contact him. I asked for my reports after 3 months they said it's not ready,for 3 days I am going after the medical reports team they can't send a trustworthy medical report . I even complained manytimes nothing happened. Things are unorganised.

I called their call center like a good citizen, politely beggin “Please delete my number, I have a life, I have dreams, I have sleep.” She said, Ok sir, complaint department will call you.” I LAUGHED i told her how i already blocked more than 12 she say yes we ...have more and more

Negative experience: I go to this clinic for dental beauty treatments. The doctors are really good and professional. No problem at all with them—they know their job and treat patients well. But to be honest, the experience with the reception and some of the staff is not that nice. First time I came, one lady entered the room before we even started with the doctor and offered me another treatment with a different price. I was confused and didn’t ask for that. After I agreed with the doctor on what to do, they told me I must pay before starting. I never saw that before. Usually in beauty clinics, you finish first, then you go to reception and pay. Especially since they already keep your ID and details. In the following visits, I noticed the reception and corridor staff don’t really give a warm or friendly welcome. Most of the time, they have poker faces and don’t react nicely. It doesn’t feel comfortable. Also, I asked for a place to pray, and they showed me a spot right in front of the washroom. I’ve never seen people pray in front of a toilet area—it felt very wrong and disrespectful. So overall, the doctors are great, but the hospitality and way of welcoming patients needs improvement.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WiTH ENDOLIFT NOT RECOMMENDED I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Endolift session at this clinic. I was clearly told that 40% of the results would be visible right after the procedure, and that I would see significant improvement over the next three months. It’s now been almost two months, and there has been absolutely no visible change. When I went back to the doctor to express my concerns, I was told it’s “too early” to expect results—completely contradicting what I was promised before the treatment. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic or the Endolift treatment. Save your money and avoid the false promises.

Negative experience: I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service from this medical center I actually had the worst experience and really regretted to deal with this medical center .. they are unable to sort out the problems they are just focusing on how to obligate the patient to pay a lot for the treatment rather than solving the problems or compensating for the mistakes that they have done I expect a formal response from the higher management addressing this issue as I have paid around AED 3000 and it was for nothing with no any simple result If I do not receive a satisfactory response within reasonable timeframe, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

I have blocked most of them and still getting calls from different numbers despite of very clearly informing them that I am not interested and please don't contact me. Since then, I have been contacted repeatedly—often during early mornings and late evenings—by different representatives. Despite expressing my preference not to receive further calls, the follow-up continued. Additionally, appointments were scheduled and confirmed without my prior consent or confirmation, which I found quite concerning. While I appreciate proactive communication, this level of persistence and lack of coordination does not align with the standards of professionalism I expect from a healthcare provider.

Negative experience: This clinic is just a business, they don’t even make a proper receipt of treatment. You can’t claim after what they have done with you. Treatment co ordinated and floor managers just running after payment. After that the vanished from floor like spirit or jinn. They hired good doctors to run the business but system is pathetic.
