Negative experience: I have been waiting at the reception to register for over 15 minutes. The staff Vishnu is extremely slow and looks confused and probably incompetent as well to manage the foot traffic. Aster needs to look into this and fix your customer experience.

Negative experience: ⭐ 1-Star Review Very Disappointed with Dr. Nazeer (Urologist) – Aster Clinic, Bur Dubai Since he is a Malayali doctor, I was hopeful I could explain my situation comfortably. But sadly, the experience was very disappointing. I recently visited Dr. Nazeer at Aster Bur Dubai for a second opinion, as advised by the surgeon who performed my earlier operation. I came with my scan disc and documents, expecting a proper evaluation and medical advice. To my disappointment, Dr. Nazeer didn’t even check the scan disc. He barely looked at my reports, didn’t ask any questions, and showed no interest in understanding why I came. He wasn’t listening, wasn’t responding properly, and I felt completely dismissed. As patients, we look up to doctors like we look up to trustworthy guides. We expect them to listen, support, and guide us with care. Sadly, Dr. Nazeer was unprofessional and irresponsible in his approach. His behavior was cold and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This is not how a patient should be treated, especially when they are already going through health challenges. I do not recommend Dr. Nazeer if you are looking for respectful and responsible care. he also dont disterve the 1 star

Negative experience: On April 21st, I had a doctor’s appointment and paid AED 500 upfront, before my insurance was confirmed to cover the consultation. To this day, I haven’t received a refund. I contacted both the clinic and the bank several times. The bank confirmed the issue is on the clinic’s side. I provided all required details — reference number, screenshots, and proof of non-refund — but nothing was resolved. I’m very disappointed with how the situation was ignored. If you visit this clinic, I strongly suggest paying in cash.

She was repeatedly saying the same although I told her that am already full. Then she said okay wait for one hour as the doctor is having a break. I really wish to not see this place again.

Negative experience: My experience with the MRI department at this clinic has been incredibly frustrating. I underwent an MRI scan and was told l'd receive my results within a few days. After waiting for over five days, I decided to call and was shocked to learn that my results had been ready for four days! The excuse was that they didn't have my email (which is a data collection issue on their end), but they also failed to notify me via phone, despite having my number. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. The delay in receiving my results caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. It makes me question the clinic's commitment to patient care and follow-up. Frankly, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in this clinic. I'm now hesitant to pursue any further treatment here, including surgery, as I worry about the potential for further oversights or communication failures. When I did, he took my phone without my consent, posted a Google review about himself using my account, and followed his own Instagram profile from my device. Negative experience: Feedback to Aster Clinic Management: I had booked an online appointment with your rheumatologist for today (16.05.2025 )at 3:30 PM. Despite this, I was made to stand in the queue again to register physically and was kept waiting unnecessarily outside the consultation room. More importantly, I had visited specifically to get a standard insurance form filled, which included only four basic questions regarding a brief episode of suspected seronegative rheumatoid arthritis in 2019. To my shock, the rheumatologist appeared completely unprepared, repeatedly stated she was new, and seemed unfamiliar with the form or how to answer basic insurance queries. She even made a phone call to ask if she could fill the form and ultimately refused, stating someone instructed her not to do so. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. The doctor is listed as a specialist with MRCP credentials, but her conduct and lack of knowledge were unacceptable. I lost valuable time and received no help despite a prior confirmed appointment. I request the clinic management to look into this seriously. Such experiences damage the reputation of Aster as a reputed healthcare provider. I expect a proper response and a call from a senior official to resolve this issue.
