Negative experience: Honestly I had the worst experience ever, the nurse who was taking my blood for testing didn’t know what she was doing, she pricked me twice and yet couldn’t get the blood despite me being hydrated and everything. She was twisting the needle inside my hand and I saw my vein swell up so much it could have burst if I hadn’t asked her to stop. She even pressed it super hard after cause she herself was shocked to see what she had done. I left crying and a day later went to another clinic where the lady was able to take my blood with no issues. Its been over a week and my hand is still badly bruised. Highly highly unprofessional staff!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is unbelievably friendly. I come from a third world country with a terrible medical system but being in Aster Clinic feels like I am in a medical ultra luxury hotel. Everything works and I’m always assisted. Akbar from the front department was so kind to ask how I am and assisted with a new wifi code immediately. The only feedback I had was to please add toilet paper in the bathrooms and make sure men don’t occupy the female designated waiting areas. Other than that it is always lovely being here!! Positive experience: Hi, I recently visited your clinic..Over all the hospital, pharmacy reception Nursing staffs, everything was very good and they approached everything very well. I went to see Dr. Nithya, dermatologist, because I had a minor health problem. Dr. Nithya's treatment was okay, but the doctor had big, long NAILS on both her hands. How can a doctor treat a patient with such big NAILS? How can she examine patients? this is not beauty industry right? When the doctor examined me, she scratched my genitals very badly with her nails. After that, I felt a lot of pain. But the doctor checked me and said there was no problem, it was normal, and that was it, and they simply ended it, but I still my problem not cure..
