Negative experience: This is worst experience I have ever with a hospital honestly, there is no proper service that is been provided. I was requesting for my certificate from them since morning and the customer service all they do is to put you on hold for more than 15 minutes. No proper training and their agent told do whatever you want to I can’t do anything only to raise a request. No managment escalation… NOTHING.

Negative experience: So disappointed with the customer service. Have done my son's hearing test 2 weeks ago and they didn't sent the report yet. I need to submit in his school by this month. Whenever I'm calling the customer service they are connecting my call to the concerned department and no one is picking up. I tried to message via WhatsApp. Some one called Deepu came for assistance, but when I asked about the report,he didn't respond. I am sorry to say So poor customer service .

Negative experience: I was referred here from daycare but here found the speed of service is very slow, for scanning, I've to wait minimum 0200hrs and very difficulty to meet/consult with doctor, only the nurses are giving me antibiotics/medicine on time.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We visited the Emergency section with our 9-month-old daughter who had a high fever. Shockingly, we’ve been waiting for over an hour and no one has attended to us yet. It’s deeply concerning that such delays happen in a section meant for emergencies. It makes us question the purpose of having an emergency department at all. Aster & NMC Hospitals much better at-least they consider their patients.

Negative experience: The worst of worst insurance dep you can come accross in any medical faciltiy in UAE. You have to follow up 24 hrs with them. They are not willing to do their job may be not well paid but that's not the patient issue. I have sufferred with them multiple times. This is why I will never visit this hospital again for in patient services.

I had to undergo surgery while I was 7 months pregnant, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at the hospital for the care and attention I received from the moment I arrived at the Emergency. I was first seen by Dr. Koshri from the Obstetrics & Gynecology department—she was incredibly caring and attentive. Then I was diagnosed by Dr. Mohamed Sobhy from General Surgery. I was admitted to the hospital and went through surgery, and thank God, everything went well. I’m so grateful to the entire nursing team for their care, and to the amazing OB-GYN doctors who followed up on my condition every day until I was discharged—Dr. Amal Hassan and Dr. Koshri. And a special thank you to Dr. Mohamed Sobhy for being so supportive and professional before, during, and after the surgery.

Negative experience: Good evening Yesterday evening I came for check up to Dr Edwin for my 5year old son since he was vomiting several times from morning.. He immediately suggested for admission since he was dehydrated.. Accordingly we moved to PATIENT AFFAIR DEPARTMENT, first of all my kid was not even able to sit on chair and he was lying on chair, inspite they made us wait for so long time to take my paper in their hand itself. One of the staff who took my paper and was on call for different patient. My doctor(Mr.Edwin) recommended EMERGENCY ADMISSION, still that staff showed poor response and said me with my sick kid to sit behind so that he can attend other person and by that time my son vomitted fully in PAD place itself. Worst PATIENT AFFAIR DEPARTMENT staff, very worst treatment to sick emergency patient. Today evening my son discharged. I will mention that staff name by tomorrow since I have doctor visit tomorrow.

Negative experience: I went to have enquiry about the payments in payment department in jurf university thumbay hospital. And the staff of the payment department are worthless pathetic staffs. They are talking to us like iam asking them there pocket money to pay our bills esp the men in glasses he dint even wanted to talk to us like iam beggar infrnt of them n asking money . Iam there to make them money so they can get paid there salary very rude staff they have in payment department And the rooms smells like they don’t have shower Please kindly do something about that department if anyone is reading my message then do something about it . Other then that the doctors the nurses and receptionist are all 10/10 very good But payment department are worst

Dr. Koshree was on duty and promptly attended to me with great care. She conducted all necessary tests, including a CBC, and accurately diagnosed me with ITP the same evening. I am truly grateful for her timely diagnosis and effective treatment.

Negative experience: The staff sitting on the guest reception (I don’t care if she is a local or not, I paid for what I need)doing not patient centred care.,she is there sitting to hear the stories of other nursing staffs.. most of the staffs have no smiles on the face,It’s an hospital, patients feel positive if the people there are positive. And They will not help you to ease your procedure, They just ask you to wait more &more time until they feels they are ready to do your procedure, lab staff and Doctors are good..but receptionist on each department need to train well, Otherwise it does not feel that hospital emphasis PATIENT CENTERED CARE

I have consulted Dr. SANOOJ SAITHU - ENT Specialist regarding this. Before coming to the hospital I have consulted two other doctors in different clinics, but they were unable to find or remove the foreign body. But with the experience and the patience Dr. Sanooj has removed the fish born which was stucked inside my throat for nearly one week. Thank you so much Doctor for the dedication in your work. Negative experience: The delivery experience at the hospital was excellent—nurses, doctors, and staff were very supportive. However, the communication afterward, especially regarding updates on my newborn in the NICU, was extremely frustrating. I was sent from one department to another just to get a simple update. Also, during admission, I was given a twin-sharing room despite my insurance covering a private room. I had to prove it myself, though staff could have verified it directly. Great care, but serious issues with coordination and communication.

Fantastic experience: Thumbay has consistently been one of my favorite hospitals to visit. The staff are competent and friendly, and always do their best to accommodate their patients.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this hospital, especially because of the nursing staff. I encountered multiple nurses who were unprofessional and seemed inexperienced—even with basic procedures like taking blood from a 2-year-old baby. It took more than four nurses to try, and in the end, they still failed. The manager who was present did refund the money, but he simply said, “We can’t do anything.” Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hospital. They seemed more focused on making money than providing proper medical care. My wife was pressured into being admitted even though her condition did not require hospitalization. Later, our insurance claim was rejected because the hospital was failed to justify the need for admission — something we were never told at the time. To make things worse, they conducted numerous unnecessary tests that seemed more about billing than medical necessity. It felt like they were trying to inflate the bill for insurance purposes, not actually focused on the patient's health. This experience has not only caused emotional stress but also significant financial strain. I strongly urge others to ask questions, get second opinions, and not be afraid to challenge unnecessary procedures. Be cautious if you plan to seek treatment here.

Positive experience: I recently went to the hospital for the treatment of my son. He had breathing issues and nasal conjunctions for long time. He was consulted with Dr. Sanooj Saithu , ENT department. Dr. suggested for a surgery after two weeks of treatment. Now my son is able to breath through the nose. We are completely satisfied with doctor's service. The service of nursing staffs are also very good.

Negative experience: I went for a normal delivery package of 5,000dhs, due to delivery difficulties, I have to switch to Caesarian Section (CS) package which cost 9,000dhs. I did extra radiology scan which I was told will be 535dhs . To my surprise I was given a bill of 10,466.62. Instead of 9,535dhs. It seems not to be cleared without outstaying my admission period.

Positive experience: The facility is clean and well maintained, however i did not like the medical approach. you are a number and the care is overpriced

Fantastic experience: > Two months ago, my father was experiencing upper abdominal pain and was sitting in the Emergency Department waiting area. When Nurse Hadeel came out to call patients, she noticed his condition, asked us about his symptoms, and immediately took him to a room. She quickly performed an ECG and called the doctor, who confirmed a cardiac issue. Her professionalism and quick response ensured my father received timely and appropriate care. We are also very grateful for the way she comforted and reassured him during a stressful moment. Special thanks to Nurse Hadeel for her outstanding care. We also thank the hospital for providing professional and competent nurses in the emergency department.

Positive experience: I was diagnosed with severe oligohydramnios ( absent liquor in my placenta)at 27 weeks and was advised to be admitted immediately for the delivery. I was rushed to the emergency unit, and that’s when I met Dr. Koshree from the Obgyn op department. Dr. Koshree guided me through the situation with great compassion and clarity. Despite the pressure and the struggles we faced with our insurance (which is almost expired in 10 days) she took the time to explain all possible options and gave me the strength to make the right decision. I will always be grateful to Dr. Koshree. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care gave me the courage I needed during one of the most critical times of my life. She still checks in on me and my baby, which shows how deeply she cares for her patients. May Allah bless her always. Thank you, Dr. Koshree Srinivasan .

Negative experience: It was very bad experience, i went emergency for my wife and paid 285 AED even 1 hour they didn’t start the treatment, doctor are bad she mostly busy with cellphone. I will never recommend anyone. I will never ever go again anymore .

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming. The HydraFacial left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and hydrated—my complexion looked instantly brighter and smoother. The carbon laser treatment was also excellent; it gave my skin a deep cleanse and left it feeling tighter and more even-toned. Dr Lavita prajwal was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Negative experience: Useless hospital and useless call center. I keep trying to connect to nurse but they NEVER pick up the call. I have to keep visiting the hospital for something small even if its for asking the doctor when should my next appointment be as i am 7 months pregnant and when i informed the nurse she immediately said why you did not call us. Seriously!!!!! Then once I waited for 45 mins to see the doctor and then the nurse informs me that the doctor wasnt available and she just arrived now which made me miss my other appointment and the other doctor kept asking me why i am late and i should come early and i should come before time. Very disappointed and angry and this is the worse hospital i have ever experienced and dont even do anything medical or check up here. 0 star honestly

Negative experience: Worst emergency treatment my sister is 5 months pregnant and was on emergency bed since 11 am and till 45 min nobody started her treatment till I raised my voice then after they asked me to register for ultrasound and 2 hrs they didn't call her. When we went to complain they didn't take our complain instead they immediately arranged scanning and said hospital is busy... They don't deserve star

Negative experience: I would like to share my recent experience with your reception team, which was unfortunately disappointing. Following the delivery of my wife, I attempted to book a follow-up appointment with her gynecologist through your website. I received a callback from your team informing me that the requested date was fully booked, but I was advised to come in as a walk-in patient before 2 PM on that same date. However, when we arrived at the clinic as advised, the receptionist informed us that walk-in appointments were not accepted for that particular doctor. I explained that I had been told just an hour earlier by your call center that walk-ins were allowed, but the receptionist simply stated, “You’ll need to check with whoever told you that.” This conflicting information caused significant inconvenience, especially given the importance of postnatal care.

Negative experience: Very poor performance of the staff with absolute recklessness in emergency department as well as drs. In emergency dep. I request all not to visit even if you are given glimps of good vibes and do not go with luxury look. I waited around 50mins with pain being 5m pregnant.
